Résidence Carlton - Rénovée Avec Piscine

This is a lovely small development of apts ans studio in the heart of Beaulieu sur mer. The location is just perfect . Situated on a quiet road 5 mins from train station . 5 mins from beach and around the corner from shopping and lovely restaurants. The manager was extremely helpful and efficient. The development is in great condition and very well maintained . There is a lovely pool area where we had the best swim of the whole trip . The prices are very reasonable and well worth it. There is a breakfast option and all apts have catering facilities . Highly reccomend Residence Carleton

This was my first stay at this hotel the Residence Carlton in Beaulieu-sur-Mer which was a a truly wonderful stay. My experience of the hotel was as follows: 1) Arrival was easy using the supplied address and arrival instructions ( and just a short 5 minute walk from the local train station) 2) On arrival at the hotel the two gentlemen reception staff were extremely pleasant, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. 3) The hotel has a small off street (secured) car park to the right of the hotel. 4) All areas including the bedrooms were always well kept, tidy and clean and regularly spritzed with air freshener 5) The rooms were exactly as pictured on their website, extremely clean, with a functional kitchenette and plentiful crockery and accompanying silverware. 6) We’d booked and received a wonderful sea view room which also came with one of the largest TV’s in any branded hotel room I’ve ever stayed at 7 ) Checking out was a pleasure with the receptionist 8 ) As a note there is a great Pasta and pizza Restaurant just around the corner “Maonas” (18th Avenue Albert) which at the time scored highly on Trip Advisor and from my own personal review. 9 ) Breakfast is an additional charge of approximately €12 per person ( which I did not try on this occasion) 10 ) The hotel has recently undergone a restoration and now includes a new pool and garden area, which are small but perfectly boutique formed (with free pool towels) 11 ) The reception also held a collection of previous guests beach mats and sun parasols to borrow during your visit which was very helpful 12 )In summary the hotel scores 10/10 ( my highest score for some time) for its outstanding friendliness, excellent location, boutique feel and handiness to the local train system .

Très bon accueil, le studio impeccable et de bon goût, bonne literie, hôtel bien placé, un petit jardin agréable et clos pour les enfants, le calme règne, les prix sont très convenables, Rien à dire de négatif. Nous le conseillons vivement.

C'est beau, calme et accueillant . La rénovation est bluffante, super choix de déco literie super confortable et endroit très calme. Le personnel toujours aussi sympa. Je viens depuis 3 ans er je reviendrai !

We booked a studio room which was very spacious with a huge bathroom and walk in shower. The studio was clean and comfortable, with a basic kitchenette. Wifi worked well. It was easy walking distance to supermarket, beach and town. Our only issue was noisy guests in the room below but we still recommend the Residence Carlton. Parking costs extra.

Propre,studio idéalement conçu idéalement placé: 300 m des plages, 200 m du centre ville, petite terrasse, cafe a disposition,et accueil exceptionnel. A refaire sans modération!!!! Allez y les yeux fermés

Depuis sa rénovation, la résidence mérite la note maximale. Excellent emplacement dans l'hyper centre de Beaulieu où tout est accessible à pieds. Et très calme. Personnel adorable et efficace. Nous avions un problème de vidage avec la baignoire et l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée. Petit souci immédiatement réglé. Plutôt que de ne rien dire et de poster un commentaire négatif ensuite. S'in n'y avait qu'un reproche : douche plutôt qu'une baignoire mais s'il n'y a que cela.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit, les points positifs : l'emplacement, il est très bien situé. La gentillesse du réceptionniste, rien à redire. Studio très propre. Les points négatifs : studio vétuste, l'écran de la tv de taille ridicule, 20cm de long, pas de télécommande et fonctionnait très mal avec des micros coupures sans arrêt. Le wifi fonctionne mal, robinetterie très fatiguée, ainsi que la baignoire, lavabo bouché, plaque de cuisson d'un autre temps, le grille pain a fait disjoncté le studio. Un rafraichissement est vraiment à envisager. Dommage...
