Both hip and historic, it is located in the heart of the Northwest Quadrant neighborhood in the walkable historic district. The 500 square foot apartment with 10' ceilings, large windows, dark navy walls, concrete floors, and chic furnishings is bold and handsome. The small bedroom (only enough room for the bed) offers a queen bed and small closet. The on suite bath provides a tub/shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, ice maker, full oven and cooktop, toaster, and microwave. Use the Keurig or French press to enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious ground floor porch. There is a small breakfast table with adjustable leaves and a comfortable yet sturdy couch to catch up on all your favorite shows on the smart tv. Stackable washer dryer provided in the closet of the kitchen. Space for one car is provided off street. Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Historic Beaufort! We absolutely loved our time at this charming property in downtown Beaufort. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the waterfront, shops, and some of the best restaurants in town. We enjoyed peaceful morning walks through the neighborhood.The home itself was beautifully maintained and had all the comforts we needed. It was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with touches that reflected the local charm. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like dining out.Emily is the best and was communicative and friendly, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was smooth from start to finish.If you’re looking for a relaxing, walkable, and memorable stay in Beaufort, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!

Magnificent and confortable place to stay We really loved the place.The house is beautifully restored and decorared. The house is very comfortable with all you need availableIt is located in a nice and quiet part of the historic district at walking distance of the town center/river..Beaufort is the most beautiful town and all the surounding islands and marhs area’sThe host Emily was very good to communicate with and arrange all we needed.

Great property The property was just right for me (or a couple). Fabulous espresso machine (which I didn't know how to use :) and a Keurig supplied with K cups. Safe neighborhood and walkable to many places. Highly recommendated!

Perfect for 2 Beautiful just as pictured! Great location while visiting granddaughter at USCB college. Would definitely stay again! Loved that it had a parking spot and while I am not a coffee person has a great coffee bar!
