Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

The rooms are good. The staff were very accomodating.What am I disappointed about is we paid 1000 pesos on a very thin extra bed. It seems like I just lay down on a duvet. Why can't you provide a thicker matress. I would have understand if it only cost 500-700 pesos for the extra bed. And in that amount breakfast is not yet included. I would love to go back on that hotel.But hopefully next time you can provide more comfortable extra bed.

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The staff went out of their way to help with issues. The down side was we constantly had issues with the hot water and the water pressure in the shower. Towards the end of my stay we also had an issue with the A/C not working properly and leaking water down the wall. Other then that the location and the availability of transportation right outside was a big up side for us.

Shower doesnt work, either all warm, all cold combined with sometimes no pressure. Telephone in the room is used for ordering breakfast, but phone doesnt work. Housekeeping keeps forgetting towels and tissue and water. Staff is nice and helpfull but constantly having to ask for basics makes this a low score.

The room is spacious and Mountain view window that was very nice. The only thing is that the hot water isn’t warm enough. The staff are very nice. Location of the hotel is okay. Transportation and parking is convenient. Overall our 16 days of staying in this hotel was great!😊
