"Hotelli pitäisi olla Bavenon paras sijainti, erittäin kaunis, sisällä on kuin palatsi, ja illalla on musiikkia. Kävelymatkan päässä on kolme minuuttia. Maan alla on pysäköintipaikka, 25 euroa päivässä, mutta jos aloitetaan keskellä tietä, se maksaa uudelleen. Huoneessa on polttoainesäiliö, ei vessaa. On suuri balkontti, joka voi katsella merta ja yö on hyvin hiljainen.Yksityinen ranta on suuri ja tarjoaa kauniita ja lyhyitä keloja. On olemassa kaksi ulkona uima-altaa, jotka voivat uida järven alle. Hotelli on suuri, jotkut huoneet ovat pitkän kaavan läpi kävelyllä. Palvelumaksua lisätään viisi prosenttia, kun lähdet."

"My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful."

"The room is incredibly nice !! It’s very clean and the receptions are super nice and friendly. It’s the best the hotel in this town and definitely a good deal to this price. It’s not in the main town in Maggiore - you will expect to ride the train for a few minutes (every other hour), however if you need cab the receoption can call one for you. Highly recommend."

"We stayed at Residence Carl and Do Baveno Hotel which was the first stop of our Italian Glory tour with Trafalgar. Our 2 bedroom suite was recently renovated. It was spacious and open with 3 balconies overlooking beautiful Lake Maggiore. Couldn’t ask for more. Unfortunately, my husband suddenly became unwell just prior to departing from home. By the time we arrived in Baveno, his symptoms had not improved. With the help from the front desk, they were able to find a Doctor that was willing to meet my husband in our suite. The Dr. asked many questions and was able to prescribe a prescription. Each day his health improved. If it wasn’t for the quick action of the staff, we would not have been able to continue with our planned tour. We will forever be grateful for the care shown by the staff at Residence Carl and Do Baveno. Thank you!!!"
