我最近入住了巴瓦羅公主大酒店-全包，體驗非常糟糕。 首先，房間衞生條件差，毯子看起來臟兮兮的，普通房型內連被子都沒有，衹有毯子可以蓋，衹有鉑金房型才有正常的被子，簡直匪夷所思。 其次，工作人員大多不會説英語，溝通困難，服務態度也差。 餐廳的食物非常難吃，自稱全包，但所有餐廳都需要提前24小時預約，而且大部分餐廳根本預約不上。 餐廳內工作人員服務態度差，聽不懂英文，點多了還不幫忙下單，上菜極其慢。 此外，游泳池非常臟。 這是我住過最差的酒店，強烈建議大家避雷。  I recently stayed at the Grand Bávaro Princess All-Inclusive Hotel, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room’s hygiene was poor; there were no comforters, only dirty-looking blankets. Shockingly, only the Platinum rooms had proper bedding.  Communication was a nightmare as the staff didn’t speak English, and their attitude was unhelpful. The restaurants were terrible; despite being all-inclusive, they required reservations 24 hours in advance, and most were fully booked.  Service in the restaurants was awful; the staff didn’t understand English, were reluctant to take orders, and the food was served extremely slowly—and it tasted bad.  The swimming pool was filthy. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
