步行至大佛塔衹需要幾分鐘；房間衞生不錯；免費提供送機服務，但一定要和前台確認好；早餐比較簡單；在兩條小路的交叉口，摩託車、小汽車、犬吠、烏鴉叫，噪音很大，且隔音效果很不好，這是個硬傷。

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits, l’hôtel est bien mais très cher pour une chambre impersonnelle (40$/nuit + 10% service), on nous a chargé 10% de service alors que personne n’a fait notre chambre ni même ajouté du savon. Notre avion a été décalé de 12 heures, nous avons demandé à garder la chambre plus longtemps pour ne pas être dehors, l’hôtel était vide et ils ont refusé avec un sourire très froid. Honnêtement les pires hôtes que l’on ait eu en 2 semaines au Népal. Passez votre chemin

Part Of The Family Hotel Butsugen is the absolute best and I immediately felt like part of the family. The breakfast and masala tea was great. Enjoy a Nepal beer on the rooftop with a view of the Boudhananth Stupa, which is only a five minute walk away. The rest of our group was staying at the Hyatt Regency and there is a very convenient back entrance to the Hyatt, also a five minute walk. Luggage storage was safe and secure during our two week trek.

Extremely welcoming family owned hotel located in the spiritual side of Kathmandu near the Boudha Stupa among other wonderful Monasteries. Hotel is extremely clean with the most wonderful Host and Hostess you’ll ever find. So much insight and so attentive! Also, great conversationalists! Could not have asked for more!

Hotel Butsungen is a gem in the heart of Boudhha. Not only is it ideally situated, it is a family-run hotel that offers the luxuries of a hotel with the care and attention of a small establishment. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with hair dryers, heaters, and a safe. Breakfast is prepared upon arrival and there is a lovely outdoor seating area as well as a courtyard to relax and take a break from hectic Kathmandu. I was especially appreciative of the hospitality offered by the hotel proprietors!

Such a wonderful experience here for my 1st visit to Trek Khumbu Region and Climb Mountains! The Gardens and Landscaping are so peaceful from the Relaxing Swing in the Gated Courtyard. People always watering, sweeping and cleaning and politely asking if you need anything like local dining options and sight seeing or a hot cup of Tea or Milk Coffee as it is referred to here. My Sherpa Guide Domai lined this place up for me for relaxing rejuvenation between treks and I look forward to one more stay before departing back to Colorado! Did I mention it is a 2 minute walk to World Heritage Site, The Great Boudha Stupa-Shree Boudhantha, which is surrounded by Fabulous Shopping?

Pros: - Every morning, complimentary breakfast is provided. - The hotel is very close to Hyatt Regency, making it great for dining and taking walks. Cons: - The single bed is narrow. If you want to change your position at night, it’s uncomfortable. - One of the windows in our room is very close to another apartment building. It’s awkward because people from that building can easily see into our room. - The room’s lighting is dim, making it challenging and gloomy when spending extended time in such a small space. - The bath towels are very old, some even have holes. - The hotel is surrounded by noise. Every morning starting at 4:00am, dogs bark and crows caw.

Fabulous place! I will definitely recommend and stay there again.
