All was good

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Огромные очереди. Номер был не убран. Уборщиц нету. Сервиса нету. Очередь на лифты всегда. Самих лифтов приходится ждать по несколько минут.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Avoid this place like the plague. It will ruin your vacation for sure as it did ours. Once booked, we went to the reception to check in after a long trip. It turned out they had no idea about the reservation and we had to call the number which no one was picking up. I was with my elderly mother who was very tired and we had to wait forever. The building was super crowded with a lot of people in a similar situation. The so called manager who is SO RUDE finally picked up the phone when the receptionist called him. It turned out we had to go to a different building in the scorching heat and go to the 8th floor where his "office" is. Long story short, we got charged extra, he accepted only cash and gave us no invoice. I would tell him to go go to hell but since I was with my mom, I had to get the room as she was very tired. The manager is literally the worst, the rudest you'll ever find. We left after just 2 days because this building is so awful, you have to wait for an hour for the elevators, the staff is SO rude, and it is a NO, a big NO! If you want to spend your vacation feeling super stressed and disrespected by the so called manager, then and only then you can rent at Orbi City.

The flat I was staying at was on the 46th floor. The room was great, the amenities provided were good and the black sea view from the room was marvellous. There are few supermarkets in walking distance and some nice restaurants nearby too. In a nutshell it was a great stay.

Надеюсь мой свежий отзыв поможет. Зря я не просмотрела их перед заселением. Итак, начнем с того, что ОРБИ – муравейник, как правильно сказали. На сайте букинга нашли ЛЮКСОВЫЙ НОМЕР с видом на море. Были фотографии, я их несколько раз перепроверила. И обманулась. Мы забронировали номер на 3 ночи в корпусе D, ждали заселения. Подошли на ресепшен и узнали, что номер-то приватный, то есть это не отель, а купленная кем-то квартира в аренду на сутки! И таких квартир миллион. Хозяйка написала, что ждет нас в блоке А, что было в другом здании. Думаем: ладно, бывает, башни же одинаковые. Когда мы зашли в номер, то обнаружили совсем не номер класса ЛЮКС. А обычную комнату, коих тут миллион однотипных. Запах невыносимый, не проветривается, просто ужас. В ванной чьи-то волосы на раковине. Вентиляции в ванной нет. Душевая вся в ржавчине. На кровати нет наматрасника, просто на матрасе простынь. Постельное с дырками. Спать и трогать мне неприятно. Но! Повторю про запах. Я не знаю, чем тут прыскали или убирали, но выветрить это невозможно. Я будто в дешевый хостел заселилась. Важно: деньги приняли только наличными. Когда я спросила у «менеджера», которая только «ключи выдает», почему комната отличается от фотографий, мне сказали: «Ой, это маркетинговые фотографии». Поэтому не ведитесь. Не знаю, почему букинг вообще такое допускает! Ищите другое место, люди!

Please avoid this property if you are travelling specially with family. they have horribly long cumbersome check in process. pain doesn't stop there. it goes up when you enter the room. they don't have basic facility in place. Like mircowave was above shelf which we need to bring it down. they don't come happily if you ask for any help. they don't have room cleaning facility everyday. basic amenities in the room are far below than their glamorous building. since we booked this room for 3 people, for 3rd person they have sofa bed. which they didn't unfold when asked, they said do it yourself.
