We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. 1. **Room Service and Maintenance**: The TV channels in our room were not working, and despite informing the reception, the issue was disregarded completely. Additionally, when we activated the "Make Up My Room" indicator, the housekeeping staff only attended to our room after two days—and only after we raised a complaint. 2. **Staff Attitude**: The staff appeared indifferent and unmotivated in their duties. Their lack of care left a lasting impression that they prioritize having tourists over actually providing quality service. 3. **Breakfast Quality**: The breakfast was disappointing. Mold was spotted on some of the bread, and the fruit seemed to be old leftovers from previous mornings. It tasted off and did not meet even basic standards of freshness. When we addressed these concerns with the staff, they responded with complete apathy, showing no regard for whether their neglect might affect the health of their guests. Overall, this hotel showed a glaring lack of professionalism and accountability. I hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve their service and facilities. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to other travelers.
