******************WARNING! WARNING! ************** I want to share my experiences of the contacts with the manager Cedrik at this resort. He is not serious, wants you to pay extra for things that should be included and gives incorrect information and lies! For a long time, we have wanted to go and dive at Sanctum Una una. We booked a holiday back in 2019 with the previous owner but due to the corona pandemic we never got going. We therefore planned another trip to Togean and Una una in September 2025. That is, in 7 months. Wanted to stay in the VIP room and therefore I contacted the accommodation directly, but the rooms were already booked. However, there were Seaview rooms to book with an additional fee for AC for a total of 3,750,000 idr (for divers/one dive per day) On *********** there is the same room where AC is included in the price for 3,800,000 idr which is not refundable. As I would like to book and pay in advance easily, I booked that option. I was therefore extremely surprised when I discovered an email where it appeared that we must pay extra for AC with 750,000 idr. I am immediately writing to the accommodation where the manager Cedrik announces that we must pay extra but that he could accept that we canceled if we wanted to. I then asked for a cancellation via *********** with a refund. Shortly afterwards I received a message that the accommodation does not accept cancellation with a refund. Cedrick now writes that he cannot agree to pay back and that he has changed his mind and that it is all our fault because I would have seen the message earlier and therefore have myself to blame. So my advice to anyone thinking of going to Sanctum Una una is don't book a non-refundable accommodation through ***********. Don't trust that it says AC is included in the price and don't think the owner will do anything to make his potential customers feel welcome or fix any problem. Cedrik could easily have booked other guests at the property when he has 7 months to find them, but he would rather make us feel unwelcome and advised us not to go to Togean because he didn't think it would suit us! He was also very clear that he would never give us a refund! After my contacts with the accommodation, I want to advise everyone against going there! You risk being treated in the same way as us.
