the best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

整體還是挺不錯的，提前訂的，一千多，結果臨入住降了三百多，攜程給退了差價。 酒店剛到的時候覺得有點簡樸，住進去舒適度還不錯，餐廳的口味也很滿意

性價比超高，太滿意了！！ 除了餐廳的價格有點偏高…其他都很不錯？SPA要試一下啊，很正!

Its located at good location, 10 mins walk to convenient store. Its at sengigi but far away from other hotels, 15-20 mins easy hill walk to other restaurants. Theres a seafood restaurant nearby, but hotel restaurant is good enough with reasonable price. Bfast is ala carte and great. Beach is good but not for swimming. Pool area is great. We rent scooters from hotel arranged service. Its less than an hour drive to jetty to go Gili island. Not the best sunset area but sunset is one of the best ever. There are only few bungalows in whole hotel. Very quiet and i had a great experience in lombok, highly recommended and would definitely come back again for sure. Staffs are great and very helpful and friendly.

Very Nice place, quite and best place to Relax..

This was our first visit since early 2020. Despite the challenges of Covid and natural disasters I am pleased to say the Chandi is as delightful as ever. The resort is intimate, comfortable and charming. The value for the standard of room, food, drinks, spa and service levels is hard to beat. The beach is quiet and the sundown are sometimes the most spectacular we have been fortunate to witness. As with many places, it is the staff who really make or break your experience, at the Chandi they have that rare quality of professional and genuinely friendly.

Das Personal ist immer freundlich und sofort da wenn man etwas benötigt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker und alles ist sauber. Zimmer werden jeden Tag wieder frisch gemacht . Die Lage ist perfekt um mit dem Roller überall hin zu kommen. Man kann sich wirklich einfach entspannen und Urlaub machen

We spent two wonderful weeks in this paradise. It was the happiest, most peaceful two weeks of our lives. The staff is delightful, devoted, they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The kitchen is outstanding and refined. The cocktails and wines are of excellent quality. The environment is fabulous. The cleanliness is impressive. There is something in this hotel that we haven't experienced anywhere else. I didn't know what it was for a long time, until I found out in the last days: and the owners are none other than Andi and Nikko. They are the ones who make it perfect instead, they have their hearts in the Chandi hotel. And now a piece of our heart will stay here in Indonesia, in the Chendi Resort. thank you Andi, thank you Nikko, and thank you to the entire staff! You are amazing Péter Rácz and Viktória from Hungary
