Rooms are average, fridge is not working, no drinking mud, warode with only three hangers, toilet without shampoo , bath gel, Breakfast not much with few dishes but is on average

Toilet was run down.. this hotel really needs a refurbishment.. bfast was good enough

總體感覺就是破，服務員英文還很爛，預訂把電話號都説錯，一問三不知，遺落了一副近視鏡，打了三個電話不是被掛掉，就是不接，垃圾

The blankets were not so clean. The room when entered had an indistinct smell. We got a balcony room. The balcony had leftover cigarette buds. But still okay coz maybe it was just subhected to its pricing.

suitable for backpackers or those on a tight budget. room is spacious. aircon working. tv working with many channels, wifi works well. location is away from main road, not vibrant but can walk 15 min to the nearest mall. at night, seafood restaurant comes alive near the hotel. deposit of 100 k indonesian rupiah.

My suggestion is ******* suppose to remove this hotel from their booking list, when I arrived I was given truly bad room with unclean bad... I question about it, and they said sine I booked via online / *******... this is only room available. Since the room is not in good condition, they asked me to pay additional cash to upgrade to better room and unfortunately I have no choice and end-up with I paid double the price. If ******* is standing behind for their customers... I should get my money back. Location of the hotel also I wont visit again.
