Wonderful and amazing friendly staff. Loved the breakfast and the service was amazing!! Cheap and affordable!!

Refurnished hotel, room and toilet are clean though old style. Buffet breakfast is above average. Location is a little off, but can go anywhere in a grabcar.

Everything is Good ,clean and staff very humble But there are few choice in breakfast buffet , too much fish menu, atleast mantain with chicken or something in nasi goreng ayam🥲 i am regular customer normaly everymonth i go to batam an stay in planet holiday hotel

Wonderful place to spend holiday with family

5 star service from all members. The staff gave us an early check-in when we reached 2 hours earlier from the check-in time. Shout-out to the concierge who helped us with our luggage and shopping bags every time we entered and left the hotel. When we lost one of our shopping bags (unknown lost at where), the concierge helped to search for it and even offered to call the shopping mall to look for any "lost and found" item. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast food is delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommended.

Worth to stay here with swimming pool and clean room. Have ATM machine

Overall, a pleasant stay at Planet Holiday. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. Room is spacious and clean. Suggestion is to have more variety for their breakfast buffet such as fish and seafood and a salad bar as its mostly fruits.

Roomes were nice and clean and it was walking distance to good restaurants in the area.
