Ideally placed in the centre of Bath and reasonably priced - what more could you want. Additionally there is a large communal cooking area with all utensils and cooking equipment you could need. The "Vaults" down in the basement are an amazing social space where there is a TV, sofas, lots of books and CDs to play, a sewing machine and art materials. However I would recommend trying to get a dormitory with less people in them as you will lessen the chance of getting loud snorers (of course not the fault of the establishment).

I was just there for one day and it was great. The rooms are super comfortable and cozy.The washroom is very clean and hygiene. The kitchen is beautiful.The volunteers there are super friendly especially Simon and the French guy😅 (he'll know) they were outgoing and they organized a pup craw which was amazing. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers the hostel organize small activities every day.

I should have looked at the reviews first. I arrived just after 11, and despite them knowing i had travelled straight from work and had not eaten, i wasn't even allowed to get a fork from the kitchen to eat a salad i had bought because the kitchen was closed. The hostel was not the cleanest of places. There was only one toilet on our floor, which also had the kitchen and eating area. There were other toilets downstairs, but the stairs were uneven and i fell down them several times. We had to strip our own beds at the end of our stays, and take them down to reception. This meant two trips up and down the stairs cos you can't carry your case and the sheets and hold onto the handrail at the same time. I accidentally left an outfit my late husband had bought me, but when i returned from my travels less than a week later and i contacted the hostel they had given my clothes away. The owner Aris was dismissive and rude, basically saying we gave away your pyjamas, oh well. It's very expensive for what you get. I would recommend that you go stay somewhere else.

Very central hostel, affordable price and clean. Just one but... people shut the room lights at 8 pm, and there is no bedside lamp. The staff is super friendly and recommends group plans and events for people in the hostel. Very kind of them, if you travel solo.

First time in the hostel, so I was worried. Lovely place in a great central location. Staff really helpful and friendly. Dorm was nice and clean, bed comfy with good linen. There's not much room, but there no issue. Hot at night for me. Communal areas are fine. Toilets clean Didn't use showers, so I can't comment. In the centre of town, it is ideal.

Very very clean and tidy, very fair price, excellent location. Lovely and absolutely elegant place with a lot of books and plants. Feel much love from the space. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, Rocio and Tim from reception were especially kind while providing informations. There were a storm so it was extra cold, Tim would even come to see if the room is warm enough. I've never been an hostel putting so much care to the people that were staying! do come and visit, recommended a lot.
