It was excellent

I had to clean the toilet. The commode was a total mess. 😥😥😥😥😥. Worst experience ever. Other than that all things ok

酒店房間清潔，有冷氣機，但電視比較舊沒有USB插頭，房間比較細，整個房間大概120平方尺左右，酒店自助早餐提供一般款式，如炒蛋、香腸、麵包… 位置方面，步行約15分鐘到市中心，遊覽市中心景點都頗方便。酒店門口有停車位，不過建議要早點泊車，個人感覺車位不足夠。整體感覺良好，服務員態度友善。

有點舊的酒店，房間小的沒法打開行李箱，打開後就沒法走路了。作為標配的冰箱也沒有，沒有辦法買食物保存。

Location was perfect for us as our son lives around the corner from it, otherwise its about a 10 to 15 minutes walk into the centre. Very comfortable, clean and a good breakfast. Couldn't say much about the facilities as we didn't make use of them.

假日酒店的標準真的特別規範，這次去英國旅遊基本都是定的智選假日酒店，酒店的衞生和服務，還有早餐都特別不錯，深度睡眠！

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. The room was generally clean but the reason why I gave four for cleanliness is because the pillow was somehow a bit dusty. One thing to address was that at times the lift smelled bad and the corridor we stayed on smelled as if someone was smoking in the room. I understand tho guests’ behaviour is sometimes not necessarily under their control. Hence, it didn’t affect my ratings. I would definitely stay again because it was good value for money!

Ideal hotel facilities and location for our trip, breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't be more attentive.

Great stay in central location. Upgraded to a VIP room. Only issue was that breakfast items ran out and weren’t topped up despite being early enough.
