The best hotel we have stay at in Batavia ny by far

Basic and somewhat dated accommodations, but perfectly adequate and clean -- and for the price, it was perfect. There seemed to be only two or three staff (may ybe owners) who did everything, but upon contacting them (via phone per sign at the reception desk) they responded quickly and were very helpful. My assigned room was heavily perfumed by those godforsaken plug-in air fresheners, so I immediately returned to the front desk and requested another. The agent (Ricky) immediately set me up in another room down the hall that was odor free. It had everything needed for a quick overnight stay -- and a surprisingly super-comfortable, king bed! Disregard the "free breakfast" amenity -- there's really nothing there -- and plan on grabbing a bite elsewhere.

房間裏有股怪味道，聞得頭暈，開窗通風了很久也沒有散掉。衞生狀況還可以，但馬桶容易堵住，找前台要了工具通下水道。早餐比較簡單。

這是第一次在攜程上打差評！為了看日全食，價格高點也就算了，可是這酒店的衞生條件和設施都太差了！床單枕頭套都沒換，一股味道，還有很多毛髮，洗手間沒搞乾淨，地毯臟兮兮的，身體乳都是像水一樣過期的東西。我到了房間後才要求更換，兩個印度小哥還算熱情，道歉啥的，還説給我送免費早餐，可是那早餐也是不堪入目啊！ 我朋友被他一個早餐餅乾忽悠了好評，在我這可不行，必須差評！ 另外就是定完第二天，價格從七百直接飆到兩千多？攜程把客人當**嗎？？？你們千萬別上當！

房間好大，我們的是套房，服務員很和藹，説不明白的話他們都挺有耐心對我們外國人。

The motel location was great however, many bad things were with this motel. I had one bath towel,2 hand towels one wash cloth, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper. I had to work got zero sleep first night due to screaming running toddlers next door with someone smoking ****. Went on the whole time first night. I also did have a cover sheet to cover with, no blanket so I was cold. Didn't have any food cuz my work hours. Second night I got sleep cuz I worked 12 hours and then 16 hours with no sleep. The noise was better but probably cuz I was loud talking with my husband about the night before so those rude people heard. I would never recommend anyone to go to that motel. The worse I have ever dealt with.
