On all accounts this is a fantastic hotel

The room is very clean and also big. I like the location of the hotel too - close enough to Batam Centre and to the town area. Which I have stayed a while longer and explore more of the amenities.

Very nice room and comfortable. And very worthed stay for the money spent. Couldnt expect more.

Hotel is 10-15 minutes drive away from mega mall and grand Batam mall. Grab is easy to get. We didn’t take it but the hotel also offers shuttle to the malls which was nice. We chose the location for the view away from the city buildings! Saw they had a small soccer and archery area, good for kids. Room was alright, nice view. Great gym, breakfast, and reception service from Mr Hary!

酒店位置出入方便，到市中心20分鐘車程很方便，內部設施完善，附高爾夫球場，既適合家庭也適合情侶朋友。早餐國際口味也有一些印尼風味的，倒是一般。

酒店環境非常舒適，餐飲和服務都很不錯，非常推薦！

Location is a bit farther away from the malls. But the hotel make up by providing shuttle services to the major ones. There is not much nearby but you can still find food using google. Otherwise just eat in the hotel cafeteria or restaurant. The rooms are of a good size. If you want better view, choose deluxe rooms.
