When Trip.com or hotel informed that booking was through “partner” Traveloka: worse than death threats are felt. Trip.com ad Hotel compromised choice of room type, skin colour discrimination to language of deceptive implications. Hotel staff pretended not to speak English? My NGO colleague informed drinking water in hotel while some guests could use radioactive waves to inflict pain and worse. Deception of hotel further include different address or people in hotel to devices inflicting pain and need of medications because of hotels. Hotel staff reception was too eager persistent to provide room without ventilation while room lacked basic needs of hot water in toilet, safe air cooling while because of hotel prejudices: hatred and regret to places are felt.

My experience at that hotel was a total disaster. Every single room we saw had cracked walls, a leaking bidet, torn curtains, a barely working air conditioning, and stained pillows and bed sheets. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to change rooms three times just to get away from the awful smell coming from the air conditioning. The hotel did not offer any compensation, and we had to pay extra to move to a different room with a working air conditioner. However, even in the upgraded room, all the same problems persisted. The receptionist even argued with us, saying that the hotel's manager scolded him for waiving the upgrade fee for the first night.
