My fault for not properly checking location I will admit but it's next to a Hollywood Bowl, 10+ bars and restaurants and so, a massive car park. Currently staying here and can hear what sounds like a man talking through a MEGAPHONE outside the window. This place would only be good if you're planning on going out in the area, and rolling in at 3am. I pray this noise ends by then.

The room I bought had been given to somebody else. I complained at reception and they offered me an E voucher. However, I'm numerous occasions I have tried to redeem this voucher and have been unable to the voucher is about to expire. Have spoke to customer services unfortunately they are so unhelpful and not interested. As a business customer I will now take my business elsewhere. It appears that this company overbooks rooms because people do not show so they're getting twice the money for the same room and when two people turn up to our room, they have to accommodate them in a substandard room. Best to take your business elsewhere I now use Premier Inn for Business.

Excellent customer service from Myra. She was helpful in advising places too eat. The room was clean and beds comfy. Lovely places too eat and we got a discount card for the local Turkish restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Myra was the most welcoming receptionist you could wish for even arriving after 11pm. Great craic and very accommodating helpful, friendly and all round lovely! Have stayed before and always very happy but someone like Myra is a dream when you arrive late & tired! A total tonic!

What set this Travelodge apart from other location is the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was clean and tidy. During our stay there was an issue with late night boy racers who confused the car park for a race track . You might want to request a rear facing room .

Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Location (which does come with a caveat later), is good. Lots of restaurants for the evening are nearby and it’s well lit at night if you’re popping out late. Hotel is clean, bed is comfortable. Back to the location.. inside is quiet, good soundproofing. Outside there was a fair amount of noise from the car-park, late night/early hours. Boy racers and a car meet I think. Overall we were really pleased with our stay. Free parking makes it even more convenient but the real shout out is to the staff who were all lovely.

Amazing service from Myra. We had a problem with our booking we had booked a double bed instead of two separate beds and was all sorted in a matter of minutes very good and professional and very welcoming. She should get a pay rise straight away.

We Found this to be Very good value! Room was clean and had both a bath and shower. We were Checked in by a really lovely friendly lady called Jenny. 10/10, we stayed both in March and April will be back soon, ideal for a little get away. thank you
