純自助的酒店，沒有前台，衹有保潔人員，感覺都是自動化，超級超級無敵棒，未來入住還是會入住這家酒店，很不錯

Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, it’s very close to a tram stop, and you can reach the center in about 10 minutes. The hotel also provides a travel card, so you don’t need to pay for transportation. It was clean and comfortable, with a modern design. I received a level of service that exceeded my expectations.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, the room had a good view over Basel and was spacious enough. There are USB chargers next to the bed. It was also useful that the hotel has a large underground carpark, with plenty of bike racks.

房間正對高架，有點吵，睡眠不好的慎選，這個不是主要的，衞生真的有點差，到處都是歐美人的毛髮，衞生間更是到處都是這種毛，絕對不是頭髮，**？ 反正不是我的，我已經剃掉了，吹風機也是很臟。

房間很小，兩張床緊靠，就衹能放一個行李箱。check in多收了2個人1天的城市税，check out的時候説經理不在不能退，要抄我的信用卡號，立刻阻止，最後衹能換兩瓶水，太坑了

The tourist tax must be paid everywhere , in every country if you are not a resident, if you are a resident you can prove it with a simple document, if you do not have one you must pay the tourist tax. The size of the room was given when you made the reservation, we don't know exactly what the problem was as it is stated when you make the reservation that you have to pay the tourist tax, extra obligation and here.We appreciate the criticism if it is justified!Thank you !B&B Hotel Base team

It was super easy to check in and all the staff onsite were really friendly and welcoming. Gave us a free transport card so it was a lot easier to move around. Room was pretty cute too with everything we needed. Just that maybe the space to open the luggage might be a bit tight.

房間很小 行李箱打開就不能走 床也小 廁所有異味 洗澡很容易弄得整個廁所地板都是水 但整體而言還算舒適 景色不錯

La atención del personal fue excelente, se comunicaron con nosotros en español ambos recepcionistas. La explicación para desplazarnos en el transporte público y la limpieza de las instalaciones como destacables.

Personal war sehr freundlich, Lage zum Stadion wie auch in die Stadt optimal. Zimmer dürfte sauberer sein.
