Only minutes away from Kingston Downs, Barnsley Resort, Beretta Shooting Grounds, Magnolia Creek Farms, Sage Cottage, Lake Point Park, Berry college, lots of wedding venues and much more. Enjoy nights on the front porch with mountain views or relax out back by the fire. Southern Living offers a spacious 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom Home with plenty of parking on 15 acres. We spent three nights, and on one day we celebrated the holidays with our family. The house had plenty of space for a family gathering of about thirty people and has space for about 14 people to spend the night. The kitchen is beautiful and newly updated, and it has all the equipment you need to make a holiday feast. The beds are very comfy, the decor is warm and inviting, and the grounds are stunning. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect place to be with family.

Southern living was the perfect place for our stay when our daughter was getting married nearby. We will definitely be back in the future. The home was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful!

Perfect! The home has been newly remodeled since our last visit in 2023! We didn't think it could have been improved but we were sorely mistaken! The kitchen, dining area and coffee bar areas have been beautifully redone and what a showcase! We love the extra bedroom downstairs even though we didn’t need it on this trip! The entire home and outdoor area is the perfect place for peaceful and relaxing entertaining and family conversations! As always it was impeccably clean and organized!! If we ever need to stay in the area again, we will definitely seek out this place first and foremost! Thank you Andrea, for the excellent communication and accommodations to our requests!!!

Home Away from Home Our family has stayed here twice for a family reunion. My daughter remarked that it’s beginning to feel like home. The last time we stayed here, we thought the home was perfect, yet this time it has been renovated. And Wow- it is magnificent. One of the cleanest and most well stocked homes we’ve ever rented. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing! Awesome home and property! We had a large group of family members in town to watch a basketball tournament at Lake Point Sports. We had everything we needed and more - towels, bedding, dishes, cooking utensils,... Loved the high end appliances! All bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly as described. Loved spending time on the huge front porch and back patio!
