"Tämä hotelli on ehdoton jalokivi. Olen oleskelenut täällä monta kertaa ilman ongelmia. Henkilöstö on ensimmäinen luokka, he ovat aina onnellisia ja tekevät sinusta tuntea todella tervetullut. On hyvä valikoima ruokaa, sekä aamiaista että illallista. illallinen menu on erittäin kohtuuhintainen. Uusien huoneiden lisääminen on vain jäätelö kakun yläpuolella."

"It's nice to have private parking, but because there's a bar downstairs, I was a little nervous about staying there... The scenery of the town is great, and the price is great value for money."

"The bathroom needs bew furniture and it flooded every time I tske a shower. The portable heater given was skso faulty. Over sll i was very disappointed I will nevet book it agsin nether recommend it to anyone. Preimier inn much better. Emergency buzzer went off but no one cared to come and chebk if it was life and death no one dhown any interest at ali. However there was on staff mrmber from Eritrean Maccus very helpful"

"Absolutely amazing staff, very accommodating. Ensured the room was clean and ready for early check in, without hesitation & extended our parking for us after some technical issues when we were out in central London. Breakfast was lovely as usual- clean and topped up regularly and food was hot. Only thing to mention is staffing is a bit short at busy times and the bar is being managed by the same perosn running check in so when it's busy it can take a while to be served. Location is great for concerts and getting about London with a train station a 10 minute walk away Whcih links you to the northern line, Camden Town very accessible and went on to Wembley and Tottenham hot spurs after. Also spent the day in Oxford Circus which again was easy to navigate with Google maps! Lidl close by if food & drinks needed & plenty of shops around. Car parking is £18 a day :)"

"Avoid! The room was tiny and stank of cleaning products yet there were what looked like urine stains on the bottom of the door and the door frame, and big stains on the carpet. It was so bad that we left without staying despite having paid in advance . I contacted Esther on my return, and she was very rude and denied everything despite my sending her photos. It is only now that I have read other reviews that I realise that we are not alone. Horrible!"
