Service excellent from checking in to leaving staff could not have been more helpful.
Food excellent great choice of meals
Breakfast wide choice.
Rooms very clean no noise
Going back next time.

Nice hotel value for money. The room service need improvement. No cleaning during our 4 night stay after several requests. The room leaking in toilet and cannot change room during stay because fully booked but no repair done after repeated complaints

Lovely hotel with friendly staff throughout! We arrived Saturday night after attending a wedding. Our 5 year old daughter was very tired but that soon changed when we arrive to our room and discovered the egg hunt. She was so happy and the effort made by the hotel staff has left a lasting impression. We will definitely be back and can’t wait!

Arrived late on Friday night ready for a weekend away to watch West Ham. The staff when we arrived were so welcoming and friendly Liam and Skye. In the morning we were greeted by Aleasha and Aaliyah who couldn’t do enough for us. Such a lovely atmosphere and team. The rooms were lovely and clean. Great location for what we needed. Short walk to the underground and nothing was too much trouble, would love to come back. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and making us feel so welcome.

Good standard of accommodation as usual With Premier Inn, but more of a motel as no real pub facility although there is a small Bar and dining area. Parking fee is modest as well for those of us who prefer our own transport Easy to get into central London if that’s your aim

Very basic family room. Room was half dark, some lights weren't working. Jam packed. Too small for all the beds. Wasn't comfy. Shower very old fashioned. Room wasn't clean. Food/crumbs from previous users were still around. Can provide a better service. Would suggest a bigger and cleaner rom. Wouldn't try again.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. Aleasha, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure guests are comfortable truly sets this hotel apart. The night staff, Amari and Aaliyah, were also fantastic. Both of them greeted me with warmth and professionalism, and they were quick to respond to any requests I had during the evening. Their friendly and helpful nature made my stay even more enjoyable, and it's clear they genuinely care about the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to friends and family. A big thank you to Aleasha, Amari, and Aaliyah for making this stay so memorable!

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn on Highbridge Road in Barking! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. However, what really stood out during my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Liam was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze, while Aleashea was always ready to assist with a smile. Martha was a delight, making sure we had everything we needed, and Sian and Sky went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch. It's clear that the team here truly cares about their guests, and I would highly recommend this Premier Inn to anyone visiting the area. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

Arrived early and was able to pay an extra £15 to check in early. Manager on reception was really helpful in directing us to the local town centre I can’t remember her name ( short black hair). Room was clean and breakfast buffet was nice and filling. The breakfast girl Aliyah was so friendly and polite. We decided to have dinner on our second night and that was also nice. No complaints at all we had a great stay
