Maison d'Hotes la Gourguille

"This was our second visit to La Gourguille after a far too brief one night stay in 2024. This time we opted for 1 week and we chose the Venice Room (I think all rooms equally luxurious but this is our current favourite). Whilst called a "room", it is a suite with a large lounge area, a large bedroom and a spacious shower room. All the decoration in this room is in the "Venice" theme. Nothing in the room is anything but high quality, chosen to make guests feel very comfortable and pampered. The a/c was very welcome as we had high temperatures during our week. The garden area has a great view of the Cevennes in the distance and a beautiful infinity pool with a number of areas to relax and snack. We had 2 evening meals cooked by Bruno with Tamara supporting and these were delicious and special. The breakfasts are always fabulous with cold meats, cheeses, omelettes, home made jams, home made yoghurt etc.. A stay in La Gourguille is a special experience made more memorable by Bruno and Tamara and their obvious love of what they do. Needless to say, we have booked again for 2026."

I'm banning them immediately!! Apparently they think they're essential. I found in another establishment, a charming lady gave me the answers to my questions and informed me of her availability. I booked."

"Henkilökohtainen ja suunta huipulla! Käyttö hieman vanheneva mutta melko hyvin huollettu. Uima-allas on erittäin mukava ja asuinpaikka hyvin sijoitettu, sisäänkäynnissä Barjac. Vain pieni negatiivinen kohta, olemme kärsineet valtava kaniili, koska ilmastointi ilman majoituksen ja vain ventilo 4.les huoneet mezzanin alla kattojen olivat erittäin kuumia. Mutta huomiota johto, joka jätti uima-allas avoimeksi yöllä, jotta voi jäädä. "
