Spostati in un'altro edificio senza nessun avviso. Camera decente ma non c'era un bollitore né il frigo né bicchieri (nemmeno in plastica). Il phon non funzionava e il bagno si allagava ad ogni uso della doccia. La mattina dopo avvisiamo la reception che ci risponde avrebbe avvisato la direzione. Non ci proponevano di cambiare camera. Questo il sabato. Fino a martedì quando siamo andati via nessuno è intervenuto rendendoci impossibile praticamente lavarci. Benché sul sito il check in fosse previsto dalle 15 alle 23 ci dicevano che avevamo solo mezz'ora dalle 15 alle 15.30 Un trattamento da terzo mondo. Mai più.

The worst experience ever!!!! The woman was really mad from the beginning. We arrived late in the evening, but we had let them know in advance. All the ATMs were closed, we had run through the whole neighboorhood (my friend also fell during the run). She was mad that we came late in the evening and was only talking about that she had too wake up early. We did everything we could to be their on time and to pin money, but it was impossible. She could not give the hotelroom, because we did not have cash money. We are two girls, 22 years old, who had no room in the middle of the night in Bari. Without any help or sorry she just put us in the rain. This was an inhuman situation. We asked if we could pin the next morning and that she could keep our passport as desposit, but no. I have never experienced such a cruel situation.
