Rooms were cleaned and supported hotel staff - really enjoyed stay there as property is separate and very good services it all.

Room was good but staff was talking rudely without any reason. Other facilities was good. Ac was working.

Very nice!!! The room exceeded my expectations...staff was very friendly...food tasty...and bed very large and comfortable..ac was soooo nice!!

No hot water in the room, food arranged from outside and it was not mentioned. Price are to high, no worth of money. Breakfase timing is not standard. Pillow are poor questions.

Sir i want to bring in your notice that these people does not deserve to run a hotel. Moreover food quality was so worse that even * would not take that food. Other thing was that they were very uncooperative

Ac was not working after midnight. Staff was not available at night. Room service also not available after 10 pm

First the flush wasn't working nor the geyser then they shifted us to another room where the toilet flap would fall every-time one would sit on the toilet seat

We were surprised at how well built and so well maintained this place was. We stayed for a night enroute to lucknow. We didn't need to enter the city and this place was very near to bypass. Good people, comfortable amenities and cleanliness all around. The only downside was food as they source it from outside. Food that we got in room service was cold and tasteless. I hope hotel will soon start their own kitchen then this problem may also be resolved.
