酒店的硬件設施並不很好，畢竟看起來有一定的年歲，服務人員年紀也同樣比較大，從大堂到客房一直都瀰漫著香水壓不住的異味。早餐尚可、旁邊大公園不錯。

進去酒店要安檢，感覺很安全。酒店提供免費的飲用水，在突尼斯很罕見，很多四星級酒店都沒有。前台服務熱情周到。九層能鳥瞰突尼斯城。

Хороший, уютный отель, у нас был прекрасный вид на зоопарк, не далеко от цента (такси около 6 динар), сделан свежий ремонт (это здание Golden Tulip - заказывая такси указывайте именно его, так как Companile никто не знает. Завтраки на тройку с плюсом, нет натурального кофе и соков, овощей и фруктов мало (есть смысл завтракать в соседних кафе). Персонал в большинстве англоговорящий, дружелюбный. Из основных недостатков спортивный зал, бассейн работают с 08:00 (или даже 09:00) и до 18:00

Nous venions régulièrement dans cette hôtel, mais malheureusement, nous constatons un certain laissé aller dans l’entretien du bâtiment. Plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux ( lampe de chevet, pommeau de douche pluie, port de salle de bain se fermant très difficilement). Le ménage avait également était fait à la va vite.

Un peu trop cher pour ce que c'est. Je suis arrivée la nuit et on m'a donné un chambre avec un lit qui n'était pas fait. Je l'ai découvert au moment du coucher. Un demi drap sous la couverture. La lumière de la chambre est désagréable. Pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. J'ai fait le tour de la Tunisie et c'était pour mon séjour l'hôtel le plus cher. À Sousse et à Sfax, j'ai eu droit à un meilleur séjour pour moins cher. Mais il reste confortable, propre. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié dans un endroit agréable et cosy.

a partir de 20h impossible de trouver une bouteille d'eau a l'hôtel ou de la monnaie pour en acheter ,les réceptionnistes envois au bar et le bar na pas de monnaie il renvoi a la réception ,c'est le seul point négatif le manque d'empathie .sinon c'est un très bon campanile.

Best stay I had a very good stay. Mr Waleed front desk Mgr was the best. very helpful, polite, cool, wonderful & friendly. I had a problem with my room condition, Mr Waleed fixed it. I don't have enough words to thank him.Mr Waleed is gorgeous. I always asked him to book/ order taxi. I really trust him a lot. he is trust worthy person with lots of good manners & always smile. Mr Abdurazaq M hotel manager was very helpful. He did help me for doctor appointment, I had leg pain. thanking Him & Mr Waleed for all their help. God bless their hearts. Khan
