Room quality was less than poor but all employees behavior are good. And one more thing, too much mosquito

We hired this hotel due to its prime location. But the service was horrible. 1. No drinking water was supplied. After repeated calls, it was supplied after half an hour 2. There is no geyser in the bathroom. After waiting for one hour, we had to bath in cold water only in january cold season at 7. 30 am in morning. Because we wanted to check out at 8 am 3. Though rated a suit room @3000- per night, the upholstery and linen was of a lodge category of 500

Good, cooperative staff, big room with large bed and blankets, canteen was good and food prepared by them was very nice,

From raniganj station book toto it will take 15 to 20 minutes and rs. 80 to 100. Food not up to the mark

Rooms are too big but bedsheets are not properly cleaned. AC’s are not working properly in 1 room.. No AC remote given. Moreover No Towel… no intercom… just room!!!!!

The location is good. But food is very bad. Curtains of the rooms are missing. When we checked in the bedsheet was dirty.
