Very good hotel with good staff behavior. But few rooms does not have window and sofa was not clean

The hotel is walkable distance from nabadwip railway station. Room was good. Hotel staffs were helpful. Food was also good. On the whole stay was nice.

I travel-led with my father for a weekend trip to mayapur and nabadwip this july. We booked this hotel at nabadwip. I must say the good quality, behaviour of all staff members, their support and guidance was just wonderful. One of the best property in the heart of nabadwip whole travel-ling with your family. Love this.

Water in the washroom got discontinued in the night which caused great harassment as i was traveling with elderly people visiting a holy place. I was put up in executive rooms whereas i booked executive deluxe rooms. This i did not realize until i departed so i could not challenge this up with the hotel reps. My father-in-law got a peep inside another room for using the toilet there (due to water issues) and he later on told me that the rooms had bigger space with sofa in it. It was then when i actually realized that at the time of booking available and i selected the executive deluxe rooms with sofa. However, we were put in executive rooms 101 and 103. The hotel management do not provide complimentary mineral water at all like other hotels and we had to purchase mineral water from outside. This the whole story. No that is all
