It's a brand new hotel in zona La Sagrera. We stayed for 3 nights and the receptionist was really helpful. They offered us refill water in the lobby. The room with the private bathroom was okay, it was worth the price. The receptionist is 24/7, if you need a hairdryer or ironing board just ask them. They also have a luggage deposit service and everything you can pay by card.
