Do not recommend to anyone!!!! Stayed here for 4 nights and had an awful experience. Male receptionist was extremely rude and passive aggressive. He Followed me as a lone female into the room where he was extremely rude to me and told me “don’t be so rude and learn some manners” after I had politely said we didn’t need cleaners as we were checking out in the morning. We were not told the rooms would be serviced during the stay so no cleaners were expected especially with it being a hostel. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially being a lone female as he followed me into the room without any consent to going into my room or previous conversation. He continued to try talk to me after I repeatedly asked him to leave due to being in a rush, which I found extremely uncomfortable when he didn’t leave. The bathrooms were disgusting, with the showers full of mould and ceiling of showers was covered in black mould. There are 2 showers and 1 toilet per floor which has capacity for around 30 guests per floor. The bedrooms are tiny, tiny storage under bed which is not enough space, bunk beds are so unstable and extremely shakey and not ideal for guests that don’t know anyone else staying in the room due to being so close together. Contractors were also in working on wires during the stay, where they left wires dangling from the ceiling and across the communal corridors overnight. They would come into our room in the morning without any pre warning, which is not acceptable especially when there was 12 girls in the room. They also prevented access to the bathrooms due to being up ladders outside the bathroom door forcing us to use other floors. None of this was mentioned to our group pre arrival. The aircon in the rooms also do not work, leaving rooms uncomfortably hot despite the window being open at all times. The rooms were also extremely smelly and had a musky smell. Overall, would not recommend this hostel to anyone!!!!! Please find somewhere else!

It was good, we felt safe and met several people there from all over the world. It has a great location and the staff is really nice. The place is cleaned once a day. I’d recommend for solo travelers as it is easy to make friends, the location is great, it is safe and the staff is nice.

Everything was going great. when I returned to the hostel, the card did not allow me to enter the room, it turns out that they had done a check-in on the place that I was staying. surprise my things were not in the locker, it was with another insurance. First they should call the person who occupies the space, call him for his belongings. Second, my Check-out was for the other day. Answer there are no more beds because everything is reserved... To my bad experience leaving the place. I thank you for your attention. Cheers...
