不咋地 很一般

服務態度巨差無比：我洗完頭髮現我房間吹風機是壞的不工作，想讓他給我換個新的，打電話給前台他居然説等到明天早上七點再説，然後直接把電話掛了？？？我再打 他還是一樣的説nothing i can do。我説我要投訴，他説投訴是要填一個紙，我説你把紙給我送上來，他説好的 結果我等了十分鐘沒有，然後我直接穿着我的睡衣 濕着頭髮 去前台問，我説你要麼給我重新拿一個 要麼給我一個新房間。他説 房間都滿了 我説你看都沒看 他説我就知道。這時候又來了另外一個男的，那個男的説 可以跟我一起上樓看下然後他試圖pua我説然後他讓我等下 去了他們前台一個小房間 大概五分鐘以後説可以跟我上樓看看然後他進了房間以後一通修理 把電吹風修好了，然後他試圖pua我説，長按就能吹了 see？我説你剛剛修的，我知道電吹風怎麼用

服務很好，房間環境也很乾凈，位置優越，離感恩大道很近。

位置佳，聖家堂，米拉之家和巴特羅之家，走去就可以，city walking 感覺不錯。 衞生很好，屋內空氣清新劑的味道還不錯。 沒有熱水壺和一次性洗漱用品，不過對於我這種出門全帶齊的人而言，不會影響住宿質量。 服務枱24小時服務，態度不錯！ 推薦！我本人下次來巴塞隆拿，還會住這裏！

생각보다 비싼 바르셀로나 숙소값,, 최대한 가성비로 골랐는데 나쁘지 않아요! 다만 객실을 넘 꼭대기로 줘서 불편했지만,, 잠만 자기엔 좋아요! 조식 종류는 별로 없는데 먹을만합니다!

房間很乾凈，裝修古典，有藝術氣息

位置很好，在安全又方便的擴展區，距離地鐵站也很近。 但酒店本身而言住宿體驗並不好，設施非常老舊，馬桶水管晚上響不停，聲音非常大，隔音極其差，樓道和隔壁聲音都能聽得清清楚楚。電梯也是非常不好用。900+的價格來説，overpriced了。 另外，這家和德比酒店是同一個集團。

Perfect situated in the city with lots of good restaurants just outside the door. Staff are amazing and supportive to whatever one need.

Not the best. The receptionists were not really friendly. The restaurant didn’t do the reservation for me & I had to always say my room number before sitting down in the restaurant. In other hotels they know which room number has booked the breakfast and they do a table reservation for that room number beforehand. I also had to drink almost a cold Moroccan tea because I was not informed I could order warm tea/coffee at the first breakfast I had. At the last breakfast they came to me and asked whether I wanted to have a warm drink/warm breakfast meal. I also told them the fridge in the room didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it. It was not the best experience overall.
