授業員の態度が悪かった。 英語が伝わらなかったら電話を勝手に切られた。

1. 設施： - 酒店的設施非常完善，房間內的設備也很新，床鋪舒適，Wi-Fi信號強。 2. 衞生： - 酒店的衞生狀況很好，房間和公共區域都打掃得非常乾淨。床單和毛巾每天更換，浴室也保持了高水平的清潔度。 3. 環境： - 靠近米拉之家，酒店周邊環境優美，綠化做得很好，鬧中取靜。位置便利，附近有許多餐廳和購物地點。 4. 服務： - 酒店的服務非常出色，工作人員友好且專業，辦理入住和退房手續都很迅速。

Good morning

Mi sono trovata bene, anche se il prezzo eccessivamente alto per un ostello, ma giustamente era la settimana dello Spring Festival, quindi ci sta... Avrei preferito delle docce differenti, magari dei bagni un po' più grandi. Comunque carina la zona colazione, dove puoi prendere anche birre ecc. Consiglio: è bello quando gli ostelli organizzano delle serate per far unire le persone.

4일 동안 지냈습니다. 여행하기에 위치는 아주 좋아요. 지하철, 명품쇼핑 거리, 따사바티요와 까사밀라와도 아주 가깝습니다. 조식은 6유로이지만 계란과 과일이 제공되어 건강하고 가성비가 좋습니다. 바도 넓너서 편하게 조식을 즐길 수 있습니다. 저녁에는 옥상 바에서 음주와 사교를 즐길 수 있습니다. 에어콘을 밤새 강하게 틀어놓습니다. 에어콘이 너무 세서 밤새 한 숨도 못 잤습니다. 추위 안 타는 사람 아니면 웬만하면 얼어죽어요. 이불도 얇은 하나 뿐이거든요. 더위 많이 타는 사람은 씨~~원하겠군요.

立地がとてもよい。部屋もドミトリータイプであったが、綺麗であり過ごしやすかった。近くに24スーパーもある。シャンプーなどは持参をするべき。

La habitacion que habia reservado diferia un monton a la de la foto cuando contrate. Una habitacion privada para 3, en donde las camas estaban pegadas una a otra, sin espacio para moverse ni dejar valijas, colchones malos, sin ventilacion, baño y ducha muy pequeña. Una experiencia horrible. Tuve que ir a buscar otro lugar para poder pasar los dias que me quedaban en Barcelona, obviamente no hicieron ningun tipo de devolucion. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO! Premetto che non posso dare una valutazione alla camera prenotata in quanto siamo stati lasciati letteralmente in strada! Eravamo in 6 persone, 3 adulti e 3 ragazzi e alla reception dell’hotel al nostro arrivo ci hanno semplicemente detto che la nostra camera (prenotata mesi prima e già pagata) aveva avuto un guasto idraulico (guasto che non ci hanno lasciato verificare) e che non avevano altre stanze per noi. NON SI SONO MINIMAMENTE PREOCCUPATI DI TROVARCI UN ALTRA STANZA MAGARI IN UN ALTRO HOTEL! Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci a cercare il giorno stesso un alloggio, trovato e pagato di più! Ci hanno detto che avevano inviato un messaggio a Booking la mattina stessa della partenza e noi eravamo comunque in aereo! Il messaggio a noi non è mai stato recapitato, poco cambiava. Quindi per questo disservizio devo dare una valutazione PESSIMA! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED! I state that I can’t give a rating to the booked room as we were literally left on the street! We were 6 people, 3 adults and 3 boys and at the hotel reception upon our arrival they simply told us that our room (booked months ago and already paid for) had had a plumbing failure (failure that they did not let us check) and that they had no other rooms for us. THEY DIDN’T BOTHER IN THE LEAST TO FIND US ANOTHER ROOM MAYBE IN ANOTHER HOTEL! We had to manage to look for accommodation the same day, found and paid more! They told us that they had sent a message to Booking the same morning of departure and we were still by plane! The message was never delivered to us, little changed. So for this disservice I have to give a BAD evaluation!

Pros Very well situated to points of interests. Safe area. Water pressure was very strong. Cons Better to have a small table or hanging shelves or over the door hanger or hooks in the washroom.

A diez dias de mi estancia,me envian un correo electronico,comunicandome que mi reserva queda anulada,llamo para solucionar el problema y el chico que me atiende,me habla de malas maneras y me deja tirado sin habitacion,sin yo haber anulado nada,ahora estoy a espensas de que me devuelvan el dinero. Cosa que veo dificil. Unos impresentables,nada fiables.

Nice stay I really liked the hostel in general.Staff is very kind and helpful and hostel is very well organized.Location is awesome.room was also nice but one thing to highlight,upper bunk beds don't have any barrier to protect a person from falling.So if you are not a calm sleeper,upper bunk bed could be dangerous,request a lower bed in advance.
