Place was great, communication/service was not.
The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Location was excellent. It was much more comfortable for our family of 5 than a standard hotel room. Our complaint is with the company that owns the property. I looked on the website to make sure I understood the checkin process. It said to let them know when we will arrive and someone would meet us there, which I did. Unfortunately this information was out-of-date. Now they send an email ahead of time with instructions about how to get in the building and access your room key. We never got the email and ended up standing outside the place for over an hour in the pouring rain with all our luggage. If you choose to book with Home 2 Home and do not receive an email ahead of time, make sure to call and ask.
The first night we were there we asked for an additional key as we were only provided one. They promised to deliver one the next day. They came while we were out. They did not simply deliver a key, they re-keyed the lock and left all the new keys INSIDE THE ROOM. So when we got home after a long day of sight-seeing, our key would not open the door and we had no way of accessing the new keys. It took 2 hours for someone to come and let us in.
