위치 괜찮고, 직원들도 진짜 친절한데 냉장고가 없어여... 좋은건 조식 미포함이였는데 포함되었더라구요. 암튼 냉장고 없어서 당황함

새볔에 도착했어도, 리셉션 담당자가 굉장히 친절했습니다. 침구 및 욕실. 룸컨디션 깨끗해서, 차후 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.~^^

Отель легко найти, нас без проблем заселили раньше времени, эдиинистратор был очень приветливый. В номере было очень холодно, очень(конец ноября). Термостат на стене не работал. В туалете не было ершика, но я так понимаю это какая то испанская фишка 😄 В туалете не было вентиляции. На одеяле вместо пододеяльника - две простыни, это тоже какой-то южно европейский прикол. На одну-две ночи пойдёт.

Fantastic location midway between university area and ramblas. Short walk to place cataluna plaza and transit links. Many bars and cafes close by., fun street with a college vibe but quiet at night for sleeping Staff is helpful but somewhat standoffosh. In room coffee a big plus, rooftop jacuzzi felt great after a long day. Nice little balcony for people watching. Bathroom and shower were fine, although very hard not to soak floor. We stayed for two nights and were very happy with the hotel & room. The room appeared to be fairly recently updated - it was spacious with plenty of hanging space for clothes and a good size bathroom. Handwash, shampoo & shower gel were provided in full size bottles. The room is quite basic but was all that we needed for a short stay. A couple of plug sockets located right by the bed, very useful as often we struggle to charge our phones by the bed! Hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. One of them explained all the different places to visit and offered to make bookings for us (we had already pre-booked the places we had intended to visit but it was still very useful information). There is a locked luggage storage room if you arrive before check-in and also to use after checkout. Location was great - lots of bars, cafes and shops with a few mins walk, the nearest metro is around 5 mins walk away and if you catch the Aerobus from the airport the bus stop is less than 10 min walk from the hotel.

Trato excepcional por parte de la recepcionista. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y nos cambiaron a otra. Céntrico y no se escuchaba el ruido exterior Recomendable 100x100 Desayuno correcto Nos hacían la habitación a diario Te informan de todo.

Recepción profesional, muy átenta y servicial habitación muy cómoda., servicio completo. Cafetera en la habitaciòn, cama comodísima, calefaccion correcta, nada ruidosa. Situación céntrica. tranquilidad total Recomiendo .al 100%

Hotel pessimo, tra l’altro in ristrutturazione senza avermi avvertito in fase di prenotazione. Stanza matrimoniale da 2x3 metri, bagno con vecchia vasca da bagno e senza doccia. Nemmeno l’ombra di un frigobar.vista su casa mezza diroccata di fronte. Il tutto a 175€ a notte! Sconsigliabile

Hotel comodissimo in una laterale nel cuore della rambla. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, ma tutto il resto è andato benissimo. Pulizia giornaliera , camere pulite. Un consiglio : mettete lo scopino in bagno. Noi avevamo la camera al secondo piano e dall’esterno non sentivamo nulla, quindi ben insonorizzate. Però tra le varie camere si sentiva tutto. Peccato durante il nostro soggiorno la terrazza fosse fuori servizio. Una nota di merito al personale della reception h24 : sempre cordiali e col sorriso, di una gentilezza unica.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, la habitación tiene bañera, café en cápsulas y en la terraza posee jakuzzi, excelente atención y trato, buen precio. El pasaje donde queda es pintoresco, cerca de la rambla y el desayuno perfecto. Lo recomiendo, siempre regreso.
