Otelin konumu ve temizliği güzeldi. Konumu itibariyle çoğu yere yürüyerek gitme imkanı mevcut. Otel çalışanları da ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Upon arrival, my stay quickly turned into a nightmare. The room assigned to me was infested with cockroaches, making it completely uninhabitable. This is an unacceptable condition for any guest to endure, as it poses serious health risks and a significant breach of basic hygiene standards. I immediately contacted the reception to address the issue and requested a room change. Unfortunately, my request was met with refusal. Furthermore, I was also denied a refund for both the room charges and the tourism tax, despite having spent only a few minutes in the room due to the intolerable conditions.

機能的な部屋、フレンドリーなスタッフ、買い物や食事、移動に便利なロケーションで全く問題ありません。是非また宿泊したいです。
