El personal de recepción su atencion es pesima y muy desagradable. Hay un personal de anteojos flaco a la mañana que realmente no tiene predisposición para ayudar. Le pedi un taxi porque no paraban y me mando a una parada falsa y luego me i formo que ellos no podian llamar a un taxi. Muy mal gesto para atender a huespedes

Lolo est la personne qui a rendu notre Pub Crawl incroyable ! Chaque étape de la soirée était bien pensée et remplie de bonne humeur grâce à lui. Et après ça, retourner au Hola Hostel, c'était la cerise sur le gâteau. Cet endroit est juste idéal : ambiance cool, staff sympa et emplacement parfait !

A pity that I cannot give 10 stars instead of just 5 🙂 This hostel is my second home! I come nearly every weekend from Germany and feel so welcome! I cannot count how often I stayed there already! The receptionists are the friendliest, most competent, and funny guys I ever experienced in a hostel or hotel! And I stayed in many hostels worldwide. .. The manager and receptionists are very professional and 24 hours available. A big plus are the screens checking the entrance and common areas which ensure that the hostel is safe. I don't miss any amenities! The kitchen and bathrooms are big, I never have to wait for a toilet or shower. The beds have a thick curtain which ensures privacy. Fresh sheets, blankets and towels are provided at the reception and the smooth matraze cover protects against bed bugs. Everyone gets a locker with a key card. Thus, no padlock is necessary. Since my key card sometimes felt under my bed I notived that the floor is very clean. Every night kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and the dishes washed. There is also TV, table football, computers and even a terrace. Activities are paella nights, salsa course, beer pong etc. The bus stop is 2 min walking distance, metro just 5 min and the airport bus easy to reach in 15 min. But the most important reason for me to choose this hostel are Matteo, Paulo and all the other amazing receptionists! I will come again and again! See you soon!

Uno dei migliori ostelli in cui io abbia mai soggiornato, si entra solo se si è in possesso della card, quindi entra solo chi alloggia lì e questo lo rende molto sicuro, bagni e docce separati tra maschi e femmine, ci sono stanze solo al femminile, armadietti apribili solo con la propria card, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono dati dalla reception, nei bagni ci sono molti prodotti lasciati da chi ci è stato prima di voi, tutto abbastanza pulito, organizzano delle serate fantastiche in collaborazione con altri ostelli, noi per esempio abbiamo partecipato alla serata della paella, molto buona e per nulla costosa, lo staff è fantastico, sempre disponibile e super simpatico, facciamo i nostri complimenti in particolare a Carlo che ci ha reso gli ultimi giorni super divertenti ed è stato gentilissimo. La zona in cui si trova l'ostello è molto conveniente, quindi ve lo consiglio e le persone super amichevoli e simpatiche

Descrivo la mia esperienza sulla base della camera che ho preso, del prezzo e del servizio. Premetto che ho prenotato il mattino stesso per la sera ma abbiamo speso 705 euro per 3 notti (235 euro a testa) in una camera tripla (tre letti tutti per noi). Il prezzo poteva essere giusto se: avessimo avuto una camera con finestra, il baggage drop fosse stato incluso nel prezzo, ci fosse il servizio in camera, alle 11 non spegnessero le luci delle camere obbligatoriamente. Anche gli asciugamani erano a pagamento oltre a non esserci il servizio in camera. Se fosse costato la metà avrei comunque dato 5 stelle perché: staff davvero gentile e cordiale, ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada.
