For shared use: property 20 ha, well-kept garden (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing 1'000 m2, swimming pool fenced (15 x 7 m, depth 110 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 31.Oct.).
