Well maintained rooms and service by the staff especially Mr. Aqib. Food is good and varied. Room service was served in good time. Midnight room service menu was also a cool option. The scenery is picturesque and the view from the room amazing. Will recommend to others who plan to come to Gulmarg.

It's is pleasant ☺️ stay ... Excellent hospitality.. All staff including Mr.Taraq is very cooperative... We had stayed here for one night but never treated us as customer...always their for our service... Hoping to see you all soon.. ...Greetings from Our family..

Very pleasant environment Courteous staff Excellent food Polite quick service Special mention Mansoor taking care of us personally. Wonderful and warm service. Will recommend to all my friends Will be back to this same place during snowfall. Location is picturesque and mind blogging.

Excellent hotel with a great location.cozy rooms with lovely views and the usual amenities.Bathroom fittings need renovation though Lovely terrace to sun yourself There is also a spa onsite which we didn't use Excellent little restaurant with good food andA gem in Gulmarg great service by Tiger

Hotel ambience and hospitality is very good. Foods are quite tasty. Complimentary breakfast is too good. Specially the idly and aloo paratha. I like to mention we are very much pleased for the service offered by Captain Arshid . He thoroughly guided us in many area..nice to meet him. I strongly recommend this hotel. Enjoyed fully while staying...

Excellent property, neat clean rooms, good breakfast. Helpful staff. Met the housekeeping manager Mr Tariq. Very helpful and friendly ***. Very nice welcome with welcome drinks. Breakfast staff and everyone at the property have been very friendly and welcoming.

It is a very nice hotel near Gandola. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Service is prompt. Arshad the person at the restaurant is very genuine and handles customers really well. Overall a very nice hotel for family. Food quality is also certainly very good.

The over-all stay at Grand Mumtaz was comfortable and the service at the restaurant, Lazeez, by captain Tiger and Tahir was excellent and overall staffs from all departments were great and at call. Food was excellent. We wish all the best to the management.

Great stay and really good food. Good location with a trekking site nearby. Hotel staff is good always providing with whatever we asked for. Arshid provided us with really good service. Surely gonna come to this hotel if I visit Gulmarg again.
