My family and I stayed here after my mom got sick the day we were supposed to leave the area. The check in lady was very nice and our room was very clean. The leather seat from the chair was cracking and did track the material all over the room and in the bed. The pool was decently warm and the hot tub was excellent. Breakfast was decent, but not very warm. We went about midway through the allotted time. All in all, I would definitely book again.

Terrible customer service. Front desk service was terrible, rude and did not care about customer concerns. Out dated rooms, which seriously needs a make over and remodeling. . Mildew smell in room. I Do Not Recommend staying here, as I will not stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. It does need some updating, but is well worth the price. The manager and the breakfast were awesome!! We only give it four stars because the hot tube was not hot and looked a little gross and the sauna did not seem to heat up very well either. We will stay there again though.

Very clean hotel. Nice couple. Easy and fast check in. Felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Relatively quiet other than noisy neighbors above me. Request a top floor room. Not a breakfast eater so can’t say anything about that. Close to many attractions.

I did enjoy my stay, however I have yet to recieve my $100 deposite from my stay on October 5th. I was told i would recieve it back in my accout with 5-10 busi days...well its been longer then the 10 days would be nice if could get my monies back????

Room was advertised with having a fridge, it didn't. Within 10 minutes of being in the room, we killed multiple cockroaches. The WiFi is completely open, with no secure login, or at-least having a locked guest login. We were moved to another room at least.

I found this hotel as a hotel maintenance Chief Engineer of 46 years to be very maintained and clean. My room was cleaned everyday and bed made or changed. Front office staff was also very friendly and was greeted as soon as I came in the lobby.

The staff were fantastic like any place there are some improvements that could be made and it appears they are working towards that goal. Over all it was a very enjoyable experience and we had some excellent conversations. I recommend that anyone passing through chat with the general manager he is very kind and relatable.

Not a bad stay. Spent a Saturday evening here. Property, front desk, hallways, breakfast area, and swimming were all well maintained and clean. Staff was courteous. I hate the $100 incidential charge, only because they have a sign that states 5 to 7 business days returned. You take my money at the hit on an "Enter" button on a computer, but cannot give MY money back for days? I realize this issue is much higher than the front desk clerk. Love the Dove soap! My exhaust fan worked perfect in the bathroom. The establishment was quiet throughout the evening and the lighting was ample outside along with the security cameras. I would recommend resetting each camera before winter though. Some look off due to maybe wind and bird nests. Overall, a good stay. Thank you!
