Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Toshkent

Отель отличный, сервис замечательный, были проездом, но с удовольствием остались бы на несколько дней. Аэропорт в 7 минутах, на ресепшене отличные работают ребята! Оперативно реагируют на любую просьбу. Завтраки с собой оформили оперативно. Вообще молодцы! А хрустящие одеяла - это прям моя любовь! Если прочитает отель отзыв, напишите, пожалуйста, где можно заказать такие одеяла 😍

Дурацкая система управления освещением в номере, и дурацкое освещение: так называемый режим света soft - это приглушённый, но всё же свет во ВСЁМ номере! То есть нормального светильника для чтения для каждого человека просто нет. Медленный WiFi: замер показал не больше 7 Мбит/с, иногда подтормаживал телевизор, который, кажется, тоже работает от сигнала WiFi. Бассейн холодный, по ощущениям градуса 23°C, что некомфортно при температуре на улице около 20 (апрель 2026).  Персонал лапочки и очень стараются, молодцы!

Staffs are very helpful and kind.  Room was spacious which looks very luxurious and clean.  Swimming pool is enough size to swim and play withe friend’s kids.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hampton. The team was accommodating and kindly granted us both early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. They also provided secure baggage storage, as we went up to Chimgan and returned the following day — very convenient. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was clean, linens were fresh, and the towels were bright white and spotless. Pillows are on the softer side, so do ask for firmer ones if that’s your preference. The room itself was spacious, with a large TV, and comfortable overall. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around. Staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, with some variation each day, and there’s a coffee machine available, which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel with friendly service. Special mention to Ms Hilola for her excellent customer service.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

Две самые крутые вещи этого отеля - постель (подушки, одеяло, бельё постельное, вот прям 10 из 10) и завтрак отличный с хорошим выбором блюд и большими удобными столами. Ещё понравилось перманентное наличие фруктов в лобби отеля, для ночного перекуса нам с дочерью было идеально. На ресепции все мега позитивные и отзывчивые. Расположение не совсем центральный центр, но такси в Узбекистане так недорого стоит, что это не проблема.

We stayed for 2 day we wish the staff were more understanding with an issue with our booking.  We booked twice by mistake but would not offer a refund. The hotel said it was trip.coms decision to offer a refund and trip.com stressed it was the hotels responsibility. 🤷♂️

I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

My room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again.
