Отель отличный, сервис замечательный, были проездом, но с удовольствием остались бы на несколько дней. Аэропорт в 7 минутах, на ресепшене отличные работают ребята! Оперативно реагируют на любую просьбу. Завтраки с собой оформили оперативно. Вообще молодцы! А хрустящие одеяла - это прям моя любовь! Если прочитает отель отзыв, напишите, пожалуйста, где можно заказать такие одеяла 😍

The hotel feels pretty new, as of summer 2025. Rooms are standard-sized, with the usual amenities for a 4-star hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is actually good and offers many local and European dishes to choose from. The hotel is located in a residential area, far from subway stations, shopping centers, and restaurants, though taxis are cheap in Uzbekistan. A big grocery store (Korzinka) is just around the corner. Our biggest problem (as of summer 2025) was electricity blackouts. They happened on 2 out of the 3 nights of our stay. For some time, a huge generator in front of the hotel provided power, but for most of the night, it was completely gone. Of course, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the city’s policy. Later, we started noticing generators near almost every building in the residential areas of Tashkent. Overall, it was a nice stay - would recommend. Thank you!

Staffs are very helpful and kind.  Room was spacious which looks very luxurious and clean.  Swimming pool is enough size to swim and play withe friend’s kids.

Две самые крутые вещи этого отеля - постель (подушки, одеяло, бельё постельное, вот прям 10 из 10) и завтрак отличный с хорошим выбором блюд и большими удобными столами. Ещё понравилось перманентное наличие фруктов в лобби отеля, для ночного перекуса нам с дочерью было идеально. На ресепции все мега позитивные и отзывчивые. Расположение не совсем центральный центр, но такси в Узбекистане так недорого стоит, что это не проблема.

Хороший отель: чисто, в номере есть туалетные принадлежности (щетка, паста, гель, шампунь), чайный набор, 2 бутылки воды, пополняемые ежедневно. Мини бар платный. Сауна платная, мы не ходили. Персонал говорит на русском, приятный в общении и готовый помочь. В ресторане под заказ готовили на завтрак каши: рисовая, манная, овсяная. Завтраки разнообразные: блины, яйца жареные, омлеты, овощи жареные, пицца, шарлотка…

I booked this hotel stay for my elderly parents. As per my parents upon arrival front desk agent didn’t greet or acknowledge them. Also when I booked this stay I noticed that check in time was after 10 AM and check out was after 2 PM- I was surprised and I called the hotel to confirm this information and I wanted to let them know that my parents will be arriving earlier than 10 AM ( I was ready to pay extra if hotel wanted) but hotel representative told me that their check in time is after 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM in the morning-representative said he will “think of something”, that I shouldn’t be worried! I immediately called trip.com customer service line and I was able to confirm that because of my “Rewards” I was eligible for privileged check in/out times, so dear front desk agent Bekhzod if you don’t know please don’t give an impression that you are doing an exception / favour for somebody - it had nothing to do with you! Negative aspects: —-＞I booked specific room with brown furniture but my parents stayed in the same size room but with Grey furniture (just note You are not getting same thing as in picture here) —-＞ There were 3 shower heads in the bathroom and the main one( rain shower head ) wasn’t working! Positive aspects: —-＞ Trip.com claims that this hotel doesn’t have an elevator but they do and a nice, huge, mirrored one! —-＞ Cleaning lady and maintenance gentleman were kind and attentive. —-＞ Front desk agent Bekhzod was really patient with my mentally ill father and he is the one who constantly helped my parents to order Yandex taxi service ( Thank you so much ) —-＞ Breakfast was good but pastries were better —-＞ There is a supermarket called Korzinka nearby, you can just walk there! Overall everything was ok but I wouldn’t stay here for future trips to Tashkent

My room was exactly as shown in the photos and I believe there’s daily cleaning. The hot water and WiFi worked and also, the windows let in a lot of natural light. I arrived very early in the morning and the person working at the time was rude. I think because he had to awake from his sleep when arrived, he didn’t like that. The other staff members I encountered were fine and I didn’t see the rude guy the rest of my trip thankfully.

There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again. I can not remember the beauty girl name. she help me a lot, 10.03 afternoon when I want find any restaurant ，she give me solutions, next time I I been Tashkent again, will stay in your hotel and say Hello to her

Because the special circumstances, this review is only about the the services. Because I mistakenly booked our flight one day earlier than our hotel booked (at another hotel), we found ourselves without a hotel room in the middle of the night. I tried all booking platforms and failed to find one allowing me to book that night because it had passed the mid night and were only showing the “new date”. Finally I accidentally bumped into Star Hotel and allowed me to still book that night. The owner of Star Hotel was shocked when we showed up around 1am, because he had closed booking for that night. But still he welcomed us and frankly explained that the rooms were all booked and would let us choose a room reserved for their employees. They saved us from a night in the streets and the owner and his staff were very kind, friendly and helpful! We are forever grateful !
