"I stayed here for three days. The service was great. Room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent mid stay cleaning. The actual room was older, and that included the mattress. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I woke up sore a few times. Overall great hotel, just really in need of updates."

"A nice clean hotel, located in between Dublin and Pleasanton. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative is that this part of town has a bad smell in the air due to sewage systems. It's not year round the smell, but it's definitely there, but it wasn't noticeable in the rooms due to the AC."

"The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us."

"Had a really solid stay at this Marriott downtown. Three things stood out: The view from our room was awesome - great skyline views that made the stay feel special. Worth asking for a higher floor. The room was nice - clean, modern, and spacious. Everything was in good shape and felt updated. Good digs overall. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety, everything fresh, and they kept it well stocked. Actually worth getting up for. Staff was helpful and the downtown location worked great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again."

"El problema fue que se me perdio $200 dolares, baje a tomar desayuno y deje mi dinero en la mesa y cuando subi, habian limpiado la habiatacion y se habian robado $200 dolares en billeted de $20. Muy mal. No dejen su dinero en la habitación. De ahí el hotel Está remodelado, la comida muy buena."

"We came back from overseas after 3 months of travel to found that we had a water leak at home. So we picked the closest hotel to stay for a few days. This place is nice, it is a suite like room that felt like a lot of space. The breakfast is normal but it includes a lot of varieties."
