The hotel offers an excellent location—convenient and well-connected—making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. "This hotel is not centrally located but it commands good river view ( 晉江 ). It is dated and needs immediate full refurbishment. The quality of breakfast in the cafe is very poor, and there is room for improvement in respect of the service of some staffs. However, I have to express my appreciation of the execellant service extended to us by Miss Lisa Yang, the restaurant manger, who offered to buy for us sugar-free yogurt when she learned that we don’t take sugar-added yogurt due to health issues. The Chinese restaurant is a bright spot in the hotel. The food and service provided there is sumptuous and outstanding. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff—especially Anne at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort."

"Excellent stay – spacious rooms and spectacular view The hotel offers very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean rooms, with great attention to detail. I stayed in a river-view room on the 25th floor, which offers a truly magnificent view, especially in the evening. The mattress and bed linens are of excellent quality, ensuring a very comfortable night’s sleep. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it is still convenient and well connected: about 15 minutes from the city center and approximately 35–40 minutes by taxi from the high-speed train station. The only minor note is that the electrical plugs are Chinese-style only, so European plugs cannot be used. However, the room is equipped with USB and USB-C ports, which makes charging devices easy and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, staff and room quality"

"Our double-bed room is interesting and big. The hardware is a tiny bit worn down but doesn’t affect our comfort. Service is good. The surrounding area is unbeatably wonderful. Amazing food, shopping, services… anything you might want. The architecture style and cultural attractions within short walking distance will keep you occupied for several days. One major boo boo was the breakfast. They gave us a coupon to eat a terrible breakfast (only fried bread and congee, no choices) at KFC. For how much we paid for the room, almost $80usd a night, I do expect a little better than that."

"Front desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason. Room : hot like summer and it is centralised control. Even off the air conditioning temperature still same. Restaurant : only 1 is available"
