"This was the perfect place for our short stay in Hangzhou. We travelled from the UK and when booking places to stay we were looking for somewhere convenient. This was the best option as was literally seconds from the station - the instructions on leaving Hangzhou East station were very clear and provided in English and Chinese with pictures to help. The apartment was great and had amenities such as a fridge and washing machine which is perfect if you have a slightly longer stay. There are restaurants and shops in the MixC mall if you need anything throughout your stay. The host was very quick to respond on WeChat, where check in and check out was arranged! Thank you for hosting us , if we ever come back to Hangzhou , which I hope we do, we will 100% stay here again! 🩷 Don’t let the fact this place only has a few reviews stop you from staying here, I know some travellers look for hotels or apartments with thousands of reviews when they are booking somewhere, but I do highly recommend this stay! T"

"had a great stay here. The staff were consistently friendly, and the receptionist Alex stood out, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, answered every question, and handled any issue quickly. Unfortunately, I became sick right before arriving, so my entire six-day trip ended up being spent inside the hotel. But honestly, that wasn’t too bad. The room had 500 English movies and a full kitchen, so I was able to rest comfortably. The hotel is modern, the gym is solid, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. My only criticism is that the hotel should consider adding a food-delivery robot. The elevators are fast, but when you’re sick, getting up and down to pick up food is difficult. Besides that, I’d definitely stay here again."

"I arrive early to the hostel, the capsule room is not ready for check in. I keep my huge luggage bag at the locker, free of charge for 6 hours. Room is decent, comfortable. If you have large suitcase (like me), you would need to place them on the bed so that it’s easy to retrieve your items. Every occupants are courteous, not much noise at night. The shower cubicles need some grouting at the corners while the toilet rubbish bin should clear on hourly basis to keep the sight and smell pleasant. Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. I could not do any laundry because my non-China phone cannot download the app :("

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

Tämä hotelli on täydellinen! Super puhdas ja niiden tilat ovat puhtaita. Huone yhden henkilön on hyvä koriste, sänky on mukavin. Kylpyhuone ja makuuhuone erillisiä miehille ja naisille. Henkilökunta on mukava ja apua. Sijainti vain ylittää tien Xihu West Lake ja hyvin lähellä Wulin yömarkkinoita. Suosittelin tätä hotellia kaikille erityisesti naisille, jotka ovat matkustaa yksin tunnet turvallisuuden täällä ja rakastat sitä! 😊

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

This is a new hotel is a new tower so it does not feel old or dated. The decor is quite stylish and the reception desk were extremely helpful and professional with our early check in request and the switching rooms because the first two rooms we checked smelled of cigarettes. The robot delivery to your room for items such as takeout was a novelty we enjoyed. There were however a few things which took away from it being a truly world class 5 star hotel. Minor inconveniences: - The shower had a small leak every time we used it. The plumbing for the whole hotel seems to have not been to a good standard as evidenced by other reviews and the amount of new plumbing sealant applied to the sink - The amount of light switches and their placement. Some buttons didn’t work and some of the English labels did not correspond to their actual use. Major inconveniences - The cigarette smell in the first two rooms we checked. Cigarette smoke also leaked into our room in the mornings from neighbouring rooms. If you’re not going to enforce your no smoking policy then I suggest creating separate floors for smokers and non smokers - The quality of the bed was not 5 star. It was way too soft and sunken and reduced our quality of sleep - The hotel management should not pressure their staff to request guests write 5 star reviews. Chasing your guests on WeChat to ask for reviews is in no way professional I would suggest to the hotel management that they take their staff on a “work study” trip to the IFC Residence in Shanghai to learn how to accomplish true world class 5 star professionalism. The staff there don’t bother you unless you need them and I would happily write them a good review without being prompted.

Location was pretty far from alot of tourists spots such as west lake and in77 and more ,, 90% of the spots was at least a 25 mins ride by didi. But im fine with that as since its pretty far from city area, it's quiet so its pretty peaceful. But to my horror, halfway through my 5 nights trip , during midnight, the aircon started producing hot air. Feedbacked to the staffs about this issue, and the solution they gave was to open the window. Meaning, the only barrier from the inside of our room to the outside air was just the window curtain. Staff then offered to send up a fan , which I appreciated but it was loud, hindering our sleep processes and it wasn't as strong as expected. I then called the front desk around 1am to feedback and the next solution they gave was to off the air con as hangzhou weather is chilly. Then what was the point of me booking a hotel in the first place if they cant even provide the most basic amenity, air conditioning. Understand that this issue was out of the front of house staffs control. However im sure I am not the only one who bought up this issue, i think staffs can have a better way of service recovery / issue handling plan. I dont think there should only be one solution to problems being bought up by different guests. As a long staying guest staying over for 5 nights, i believe i should've been told about this issue during check in. ( asked the staff when would this issue be fixed, and the answer i got was 2-3 weeks later ) or prior to even booking this hotel. Spoke fluent mandarin throughout the check in process yet was not even being told of this issue. 入住酒店过后才知道酒店空调都是统一制热的，跟工作人员反馈了一下得到的方案却是开窗. 怎么开窗呢 空气里那么多灰尘以及超浓的烟味 怎么开？不能每个提出这个问题的顾客都得到这样统一的答案吧 (前1/2夜 还能忍。后来实在忍不了了才向工作人员提出问题 因为真的很热 空调出的气都是热的) 后来送来了电风扇 (感谢) 但很吵啊 令人难以入眠. 打电话给了前台 然后送出的另一个方案竟然是关掉空调 理由是杭州天气挺凉的，那如果不使用空调的话 那我们一开始订酒店干嘛? 我理解这并不是工作人员范围内能解决的问题 但我认为解决方案得给的更理智一点 不能用同样的方案来概括所有反馈问题的顾客. 身为入住5天的顾客 我也认为我们有被提前通知的权利 哪怕到了前台办理入住时也同样该有被通知的权利 好让顾客有心里准备 而不是半夜被热到睡不着时向你们反映然后得到的方案和答案都显得很敷衍.

A beautiful stay in Hangzhou. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the busy, touristy streets. Only 30-40 minutes car ride from Xizili Westlake Art Hotel located at North Jianguo Metro station. We needed a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy and this was perfect! We got to explore the premises and enjoy the scenery of the tea leaves plantation. The hotel is right below the tea leaves plantation which we took a hike after late lunch. Breathtaking view! They also provided welcome fruits, drinks, tea, desserts and a little bag upon check in and out. Breakfast was sumptuous and serving was generous! Very responsive on WeChat and provided us with extra bottles of water and pillows. They also kindly gave us an option for free upgrade to a bigger room. Hot shower and bathtub was good! I enjoyed the books at the communal area and wished I had more time to relax and read there. My son loved the bicycle and cycled around the premises. We enjoyed exploring the village and enjoy the local restaurants and cafes. It was a short but enjoyable 1 night stay! Wished the pool was open for use with hot water!

我是很少寫點評的，但是這家酒店真的讓我太難忘，從進入酒店那一刻，就被美，安靜，舒服包圍，內心剎那平靜，一切都是那麼和諧。我住了三天，沒有出過酒店的大門，做了Spa,上了神奇的療愈課，做SPA的春春手法極好，加上儀器一起，真的很棒，很放鬆；療愈課一個小時，我感覺就二十分鐘，其中大概頌缽聲中睡著了，酒店的素食凈化我們的身體，一個人安靜的欣賞每個角落，或者在露台上泡杯茶看看湖面釣魚的人兒，一切都那麼平靜，太棒了，打算一月來住一次了。對了，感謝酒店的每一位工作人員，老公當中要坐高鐵，酒店竟然免費接送，司機熱情周到，太感謝了

Besides being at the prime location of the west lake next to the mall and red train shuttle, there’s nothing great with this Hyatt. It’s expensive compared to banyan tree that I stayed the next day. They booked my elderly parents with mobility issues in a room that is super far away from the elevator despite me putting it in my request during booking and when I checked in. They also don’t allow executive lounge customers to have breakfast downstairs which is unusual as Hilton, Marriott don’t have such restrictions. My lake view room is blocked by trees 🌲. Don’t waste your money here.
