We were given a cottage to stay in for our two nights in Bar Harbor and it was very comfortable and charming. The Inn is conveniently located for walking to restaurants, shopping and the harbor. Of the FIVE hotels we stayed in on this trip, the Ivy Manor is the ONLY one that had pillows I could sleep with. They are the absolute best. The reason I gave a four instead of five, is the breakfast. The area where it’s served is small (room for 4 people) and the choices of food is very limited. We went out for breakfast about 2 blocks away. Not a big deal.

Live music was amazing! We sat and listened to Corey sing 3 days in a row. Everytime staff was amazing, brought us over chairs and water for the dogs. Even helped us carry our drinks over to the table. Absolutely amazing vibes, would come here again and again!

Incredible atmosphere and music. Made the entire trip special. Will we come here every day? Probably! The drink selection was out of this world. Local Maine beers on tap and great ones at that. Fire pits are perfect for a cold day but after a few beers couldn’t even tell it was a chilly October day!

The atmosphere was so enjoyable and cozy. the service outstanding with a personal touch. We were there on a Sunday evening and they had music playing. Sat at one of the firepits. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Bar Harbor area.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to most restaurants and bars in Bar Harbor. Our room, which was one of the cottages, was terrific. I highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Bar Harbor. The staff was terrific, very responsive to all requests.

The Outside was amazing and the wonderful experience with my husband made our trip to Maine the best. Absolutely vote this a top spot to visit. Be on the lookout for foliage, ocean views and windy roads. Worth the trip from Texas! Will come again.

Really pleasant team working the outside area Bar Manager Brian on his game. But also the live music was excellent Em & Company first afternoon Corry the next haven’t heard the second for this afternoon but both of these were seriously good musicians and voices!

Very unfriendly staff. Brought my family here to enjoy live music and enjoy a couple of drinks and the staff harassed us regarding everything from the moment we walked in. We completely accepted the no outside drink policy but having the bartender treat my sister poorly bc she didn’t like the selection he had and give her attitude before my other family member could order is unprofessional.

Came here with my family to enjoy the atmosphere and music. Ordered two drinks but was told we need to order more because there were five adults. Staff came over and told us we needed to order more or take up less tables when we were sitting at two tables with five chairs. This all happened within three minutes of sitting down. Staff was very unfriendly.
