The toiletry rack is too low, and the towels are practically placed on the floor. Dust and water stains inevitably stain the towels, causing a lot of rustling when used. 3. Paid and free items are mixed together, misleading customers. This is suspected of consumer fraud. A disposable towel costs 10 yuan. A bit expensive!"

The rooms are spacious, around 30 square meters, so they don't feel cramped. The whole room is equipped with smart voice control, which is a blessing for lazy people like me. The bedding is skin-friendly, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service is excellent, with no deposit required for check-in and 0-second check-out, so no waiting in lines. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, and the freshly ground coffee is delicious. There are plenty of dining options nearby, shopping is convenient, and they offer free parking with charging stations. I'm very satisfied."

The room is intelligent in the whole house, with voice control lights and curtains, and the atmosphere is superb. The dream lily zero pressure bed is really comfortable. I sleep until dawn and I feel no fatigue at all. The sanitary details are particularly well done, and even the corners are clean. The front desk lady sister service is also very intimate, took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type, and also sent small snacks. The location is also very convenient, very close to the train station, travel is super worry-free. I will choose here next time I come to Baotou, I highly recommend it to couples!"

The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top. My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel."
