Всё хорошо, отдыхали 3 раз.Толбко в пятницу и субботу много народу и не хватает всем в ресторане места,бронируйте за ранее!

We spent three nights at the hotel. There is no doubt that the hotel meets all the standards expected of the Kempinski chain. The hotel manager (Mr. Roger) walks around among the guests all day, is interested in their well-being and gives good recommendations regarding spending time in the city. One of the evenings (on the recommendation of the hotel manager) we ate at the sushi restaurant in the hotel. Excellent food. The chef cooks in front of you and serves not only excellent food but gives a performance. Recommended!!!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολυ προσεγμένο με πολλές παροχές. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή δίπλα σε σκι λιφτ. Διαθέτει parking. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό! Έκαναν αναβάθμιση σε δωμάτιο με θέα στο βουνό. Το δωμάτιο είχε καφετιέρα espresso, βραστήρα, νερό και υλικά για τσάι και καφέ. Το στρώμα άψογο! Καθαριότητα και ησυχία! Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει πολυτελές Spa! Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό! Ενώ κατά την κράτηση πλήρωσα αμέσως την αξία του δωματίου με πιστωτική κάρτα, η υπάληλος στη reception δεν έβλεπε στο σύστημα τους την πληρωμή μου και μου ζητήσε να ξανά-πληρώσω την αξία της διανυκτέρευσης. Της είπα οτι είχα ήδη πληρώσει την αξία της κράτησης του δωματίου. Την επόμενη ημέρα κατά το check out μου ζήτησαν να ξαναπληρώσω τη διανυκτέρευση. Επέδειξα την απόδειξη πληρωμής που μου είχε στείλει η Trip.com τότε η υπάλληλος δήλωσε οτι θα έπρεπε να το επιβαιβεώσει ο manager...αφού περίμενα ακόμη μερικά λεπτά αναγνώρισαν την πληρωμή μου. Δυστυχώς η καθυστέρηση και η έλλειψη ενημέρωσης της πληρωμής ήταν αδικαιολόγητες για 5 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο.

Konum çok iyi, otel çalışanları ilgili ve nazik, temiz, kahvalti yeterli. Yatakları daha rahat olabilir.

Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room. The buffet breakfast was incredible, one of the biggest selections I've ever seen - all fresh and well stocked even towards the end of breakfast service. If you are heading to Bansko then this hotel comes highly recommended.

Spa was nice

Magnifique hôtel à Bansko Très bel hôtel, avec un spa de grande qualité. Le service est à la hauteur du standing et la restauration est très bonne.

No refleja los standards de calidad de un Kempiski. El hotel está viejo necesita una renovación, las habitaciones y baños antiguos. El personal no tiene orientación de servicio al cliente. Spa y ubicación lo mejor. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Hotel viejo y anticuado con mal servicio

actually looks better than the pics. was pleasantly surprised. I thought it would look old but it doesn't it feels luxurious. only thing I dont get is the bathroom. its ok but no wow factor at all and not the same style as the room decor. all in all great atmosphere and super location next to gondola and attractions.

Ακριβώς δίπλα στο τελεφερίκ Gondola bansko,που σε ανεβάζει στο χιονοδρομικό, βρίσκεται αυτό το εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο. Πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια, ατμοσφαιρικό το lobby,σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο που αποπνέει μια πολυτέλεια. Υπερπλήρες πρωινό σε ωραία αίθουσα .Έχει μεγάλη εσωτερική πισίνα και spa,όπως και υπηρεσίες μασάζ. Υπάρχει επίσης εξωτερική πισίνα. Ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να να επηρεάσει μια τέλεια διαμονή. Επίσης είναι valley for money. Το μόνο που μπορείς να προσάψεις είναι ότι κλείνει το Bar πριν τις 23.00 τις καθημερινές.
