Pirin River Ski, Fun and Family

From our initial trip planning to the stay at the hotel, Katarina and the team were first class. The team are friendly, highly organised, and considerate. The hotel is warm and cosy. The food is tasty. The spa is well managed. Communication before and during the stay was at the highest level. I give this hotel 6 out of 5.

☐ Perfect accommodation, perfect hosting... As soon as I sent a reservation request, we were greeted with Katarina's warm message. All details were planned perfectly from the first moment until the last minute we left the hotel. Katarina is an excellent host. Together with Yaro they made our entire holiday unforgettable. Along with great conversation, we tasted all the cocktails that Katarina prepared. Breakfast is quite sufficient. We had dinner at the hotel. We were very pleased with the chef and the menu. We stayed in a double bedroom room. The room and beds were comfortable. The spa area with pool, sauna, steam room and massage is perfect for après ski. The pool is also fun for families with children. Ski room and service are sufficient. A vehicle is waiting at the door ready to go to the gondola. You reach the station in 5 minutes, it's easy and fast. If you want to skip the gondola queue during the crowded season, VIP tickets are sold at the reception. It is a great advantage as it is not available in every hotel. Thank you to Katarina and Yaro for making our 5 day holiday a perfect memory.

It is one of the locations you can feel like home. The main reason we are choosing this year over year is the way the whole team is doing everything for you to experience the best holiday time. From the online booking, the welcoming experience, the everyday bus to the gondola to the very interesting late night discussion at the bar, you can be sure you will have the most of your ski time.

Pirin river was the best stay in Bansko we could have imagined. Hosts made us feel at home and helped us fulfill all our needs. Rooms were clean and breakfast was nice too. Location was 7minutes walk to the old centre, easy to walk in the evenings. Hotel offered free transfer to and from the gondola which made it super easy for us. Spa services were good (warm indoor swimming pool, sauna and steamroom) and easily used. Would definitely recommend it and visit again without a second thought. Thank you for your hospitality!

We've just come home from a 4 night stay here (we were skiing) and I honestly can't think of a single negative. Large comfortable rooms (beds are very comfy) are cleaned and made up daily. There's a lovely pool and spa with sauna and steam room, perfect for soaking away the day's aches. The large and tasty breakfast buffet selection sets you up well for the day and there is a very prompt on- demand shuttle service to and from the gondola. Nothing was ever too much trouble during our stay. Katarina, the owner, is a passionate and very knowledgeable ski instructor who got me back on track after a serious loss of confidence and helped me kick some bad habits I had developed that were holding me back. The hotel's hire skis are good quality and meticulously prepared too by Emo who always greets you with a smile. He insisted on carrying our skis to and from the shuttle minibus every morning and evening, safely stored our ski boots for us each night and brought them back out to us in the morning. Such a lovely personal touch, he is an absolute asset to the hotel. All in all, thoroughly recommended!
