Trinity Residence Bansko with Free Shuttle to the Ski Lift

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don’t expect anything too much.

Disaster This hotel is total disaster. The rooms was cold and when we told that nobody even bothered to fix it. The food was almost impossible to eat. Not possibilities to park near hotel. Don't recommended att all

Un hotel perfecto Hotel precioso. Personal super amable! Desayunos y cenas deliciosos. Enorme piscina y piscina caliente. Altamente recomendado.

Not satisfied. The hotel is not a 4* hotel anymore.It may have been in the past, but it seems neglected as in the bathroom the bathtub from the shower was cracked, the wallpaper in the room has started to peel off from the corners. Also the matress of the bed has stains on it.(photos regarding the mentioned above attached in this comment). We didn't have bathrobes in the room as they told us, so we had to ask for them, and also the ash tray found on the balcony was full of smoked ciggarettes. The water from the swimming pool supposed to be warm, but in the first day when we arrived it was very cold even if they assured us it's warm. We told the staff several times that the pool had cold water...they made it a little bit warmer only for two days and afterwards it was cold again. For the sauna we hadn't had with what to pour water on it as the vessel for the water was missing; also we had to tell them every day to turn it on because it was turned off even if the program of the spa started from 09h00 am to 09h00 pm. Also in the last 2 days the sauna had a bad smell as if someone had peed in it. The breakfast was good though. The hallway between the swimming pool and the sauna wasn't heated and it was very cold when we where passing from the swimming pool to go to the sauna area. The majority of the staff doesn't know English and it is very hard to talk to them. The last night of stay we asked at the reception for toilet paper and they said as if they don't have any: "no, no" (not sure if they really understood 'cause he didn't seem to speak or understand English). For a 4* hotel everyone of the staff should be able to speak and understand English. On checkout we tried to explain them that we were unsatisfied and they treated the situation with bad attitude as if it was our fault that they don't have the proper conditions for a 4* hotel.

Trinity is in a great position on the edge of the old town, Pirin St. is just around the corner and all the best restaurants are an easy walk in the evenings. This is the third time we have stayed in Trinity and we really like the place. The pool is huge and there's an outside sun deck. The room was huge with a great view over the town from its three windows, it included tables, a settee and a fridge which was great. Kettle supplied on request by the staff who were very helpful. We were bed and breakfast only and the breakfasts varied between buffet and individual because sometimes we were the only guests over the nine days. In summary this is an excellent value for a stay if you want a prime location, a nice room and a quiet night's sleep in the old town.

Everything in this hotel is too old.The hotel smells!!!The breakfast and thw dinner weren't good with no many choices.The swimming pool and the spa are winderful but without any renovation for many years!!!
