"593 Hotel Boutique Banos had a great location and Paul was very helpful and accommodating with services during our stay. However, I have been very frustrated at my efforts to receive a refund after cancelling one of our nights well in advance of hotel policy and never receiving a refund. I sent multiple emails and also spoke directly to the desk upon arrival and they still have not refunded me for the cancellation. Very disappointed in the lack of effort to handle this when I followed the protocol for a full refund. For this reason, I would not stay in their hotel again."

"La Posada del Arte is a version of the Disney movie Encanto house. I can't say how extremely happy my family of 14 and I were with this absolutely beautiful posada. The images online don't do this place justice. The location is near everything you will need in Banos close to the thermal waterfalls, the downtown and great food options. The breakfast we had here was by far the best out of all of Ecuador I ordered an omelette with a side of pancake and fruits. My absolute favorite part of this cute wonderful place was the generosity and hospitality that Karl and his wife provided me. If you need a little escape from your everyday stress do yourself a favor and stay here. Be open minded to the nature of listening to a waterfall as you sleep. No TVS just you and pure bliss. Thank you Karl for making this posada very special"
