We cannot rate this highly enough. We chose Premier Inn as we just needed a bed to sleep for 6 nights visiting family. During our first night we experienced a noise in our room that kept us awake. I went to reception at 3 a.m. to ask if there was something that could be done. The manager, Jen, explained the hotel was fully booked but agreed to look into it as soon as the maintenance staff arrived. Within 10 mins she was at our door offering us a room she discovered had not been checked into yet. She could not have been more helpful or understanding. The hotel is bright and clean. Very near transport and quiet. We were offered complimentary breakfast due to the inconvenience. The food was great and again staff very pleasant and helpful. This is a great premier inn. Thank you to all the staff and to Jen the manager, who was very professional and helpful.

Very comfortable sleep staff were courteous very professional we will definitely stay and recommend. Excellent value for money. Loads of things to fo and plenty off Excellent restaurants throughout Bangor co down. Look forward to going back in the future

Lovely hotel and friendly staff - shout out to Roshan who is so helpful and was there till late and up early but still with a big smile! Very clean rooms and good showers - good breakfast. Good location - right near the centre of town and short walk to the marina.

An excellent premier inn. Clean and functional. Roshan and every single member of staff were welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely brilliant service!!! This reflects the welcome you get in the whole town. Can't recommend visiting too highly.

Staying here has become a half term tradition. Clean spacious room, friendly staff. Good parking. Self check in was convenient and easy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Children made welcome. Will be back next half term.

Located in the middle of town, and with ample parking, this is a great place to stop for visiting Bangor and for exploring Down. Staff were lovely and the breakfast set you up for the day. I have stayed here before, and will stay again. Thanks to everyone at Bamgor!

Lovely hotel nice and clean friendly staff defo will be staying again. Would like to mention roshan who was so lovely couldn't do enough for us his a credit to your hotel only neg there had was no evening food due to kitchen been closed hopefully on our next stay the kitchen will be open on evening

I stayed with my daughter due to the storm and having a power cut, the service was great and the man Rashan that looked after us was friendly and helpful, Rooms were big and clean amd beds very comfortable, will definitely be back x Thankyou again

I would like to praise the staff of the Premier Inn Bangor. We recently flew over for a family get together, we originally were booked in for 3 nights, but on the second day we received a text from our airline that our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 2days later. The staff were brilliant and full of empathy which was truly appreciated. They had to put up with a very excitable little 7 year old making paper airplanes and even supplied the paper. The lady who sorted the breakfast was very caring and helpful as I walk with a stick. I would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to you all
